AMAZING WORK!! The salon is very clean, modern, and comforting. All guests must wash hands before service. Technicians keep clean stations and sanitize tools between clients. All technicians pay great attention to detail. Nail prep is perfect. My tech willingly fixed any “crooked nails” and made me aware of any mistakes and was willing to fix it immediately.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I normally go to a different salon nearby, but my regular salon was too busy on Friday before Easter (which isn't surprising) and I didn't have time to wait because my friend and I both had to be at work in a few hours. So we decided to try Patrick Nails. My regular nail salon on Good Friday had around 10 employees working, along with about 15-20 customers at the time we arrived. Patrick Nails had 5 employees working and 3-4 customers at the time. After my experience there, I understand why Patrick Nails is not a busy salon, nor do they have many employees because no one probably wants to work with the insane management. My friend and I told who I assume is the owner that we both wanted UV gel manicures (refills). One of the nail techs began working on my friend's nails, while I waited for about 15 minutes until the owner started on mine. She asked me what was on my nails currently and I said, "it's UV gel - I want a UV gel refill." The owner says, "I will do gel powder on your nails because it lasts longer," and I told her I did not want powder; I wanted UV gel. She repeatedly ignored my request for UV gel and kept insisting that gel powder is better. I continued to tell her that I want UV gel, and then she says, "your friend is getting powder," and I look back at my friend who shrugs her shoulders like, "I guess I'm getting powder?" The owner then tells me, "gel powder $40," and I say, "it's $40 for the powder altogether?" And she says, "yes, $40." So I end up giving in and agree to get gel powder since it would only be $5 more, even though I literally listed to her multiple reasons why I did NOT want gel powder. No less than 2 minutes later (after she already began removing my UV gel), she says, "it will be $45 for gel powder." I said, "what? You literally just said that powder is $40." She then tried to argue with me, but eventually agreed to charge me the original agreed-upon price. One of the reasons why I did not want gel powder is because powder manicures take longer. My nail tech told me that she "will do it fast." Both of the nail techs took close to 2 hours to complete our standard, single-color, no-design manicures. My nail tech kept answering the phone multiple times while working on my nails. She cut one of my cuticles with the nail file. She got up from her seat and left me sitting there several times. Finally, our nails were done and it was time to pay. We were both charged $40, which would have been fine if my friend had also received the gel powder that she was forced to agree to! Her nail tech, instead of UV gel which is what was asked for, and instead of gel powder which was what was forced into agreement, used regular gel polish on her nails!!! My friend overpaid for both our manicures AND tipped 20%. Two of her nails chipped and broke no less than 3 hours later. We went back to Patrick Nails today to receive a refund. The nail tech refused to refund my friend and even tried to tell her that it was MY FRIEND'S FAULT that her nails chipped!!! Worst customer service EVER. The people who work here are out of their minds and have no idea how to properly run a business. Blows my mind that they're even still open!

This is my local go-to nail salon—I’m always happy with how my nails turn out, and I really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the place is. That said, there have been times when I’ve felt a bit pressured into adding services I didn’t plan on, just because “they have time.” I think it would be nicer if they focused on what the customer originally requests. They also sometimes encourage paying in cash, which might not be convenient for everyone. Lastly, the main lady in charge had to step away a few times during my appointment to take phone calls or do random things. I completely understand they need to help other customers, but it can feel a little disruptive—especially if you’re in a hurry.

I missed an appointment with my regular nail tech and was in desperate need of a nail fix before my vacation for my 50th birthday party. A friend highly recommended Patrick's Nails, and though I was apprehensive (I'm very particular about my nails), I trusted her advice. It was a busy Saturday, and I had to travel to NY, so my friend called to explain my situation. To my surprise, within 10 minutes, the nail technician fit me in and asked me to come over. When I arrived, Tiffany greeted me warmly and explained that she had moved one of her regular customer’s appointments to a later time just to fit me in—without even knowing me! As she worked on my nails, her regular customer arrived, and Tiffany sincerely thanked her for being flexible. That small gesture spoke volumes about the kindness and professionalism at this salon. The salon itself is immaculately clean, with a calming atmosphere and soft music that made me feel so relaxed. And the best part? Tiffany did an absolutely phenomenal job! I had my nails done a week before my vacation, and now, almost three weeks later, they still look amazing. I can’t recommend Patrick's Nails enough, especially Tiffany! If you’re looking for incredible service and stunning results, this is the place to go.

My husband made an appointment for me to receive services from Patrick Salon. My experiences at this salon were not pleasant. The customer service was awful! I explained to the nail tech (who also happened to own the salon) what my expectations were regarding my vision for my nails. However, she did what she wanted to do and completely disregarded my request. Additionally, she used a wax product on my eyebrows which caused me to have an allergic reaction. My appointment was scheduled at 4:30pm and she did not finish until 7:45pm. Lastly, my husband asked to use the bathroom and his request was initially denied. This was a horrible experience and I will not be returning.
