they charged me $100 for the worst nails i’ve ever received. i showed the lady a reference photo of what i wanted and she said she could do it but clearly she couldn’t because they turned out all different shapes, sizes and lengths. on top of that she laid snagged my nails many times causing extreme pain and one of my natural nails underneath to rip. one thumb is very thick, the other skinny. my pinky’s are both extremely short compared to the rest of my hand and none of my middle fingers carry the same french size

Got a gel manicure and the color faded and became splotchy with yellow spots within a few days after the service. I went in and the manager at the front said that it looks bad and I could get them fixed. Got them fixed and had to pay for that service. I don’t like to do bad reviews but this was unacceptable and a waste of over $50.

BEST nail spa ever!!!! Large and spacious, comfortable and friendly. 4 of us went together for mani-pedi. All the nail polishes are arranged by color so Much easier to pick out what you want. Chairs are large and comfy and great massage. Technicians were all excellent. We had Yo Yo., May, TiTi and Naomi. Kevan gave us the best neck and shoulder massage while we waited at the drying station. Every thing was very clean and hygiene was taken very seriously. Best to make an appointment. You can do walk ins but they may not be able to take you. Peaceful, serene and relaxing time. Parking is easy. They are located in the Stop & Shop parking lot. Highly recommend!

Almost two weeks ago I got a gel manicure. The next day, my pointer finger chipped, so I went back for a fix 2 days later. That night after the first fix, my middle finger chipped, and when I went for a second fix Sunday (one week later), it was only spot-fixed (not like the other time where she took all polish off and started over), AND it chipped again just two hours later in the exact same spot. Literally exact same spot I was shocked. I called to say I wasn’t coming back again, but wanted them to know what happened, and was told management would call me, which never happened. Less than two weeks in, almost every nail has breakage and the “fixed” one looks actually insane. I’m not sure if it was the gel brand or inital technique but this has been the worst manicure I’ve gotten in years. Also, I was being EXTRA careful as I needed this nails to last for a party (they didn’t). Every chip was from very minor things that shouldn’t ever make your nails chip.

I made an appointment ahead of time, place is spacious and plenty of seats. The place itself if very nice and clean. Atmosphere is relaxing. However, it felt a little bit like a production line. I got a gel manicure, I’m happy with the results but I was in and out very quickly, no massage. Decent amount of colors to choose from. Can pay and tip with card.
