I got a beautiful pretty standard gel manicure last Saturday. Today I broke the end of one of my nails and it looked terrible. My fault, not theirs. I called to see if they could fix that one nail for me. Not only did they fit me in, but because my regular appointment isn’t for a while yet, they went the extra mile to make sure that all the ends of my nails were covered and not wearing down. Exceptional customer service!

They were ready for me when I walked in, no wait. The manicurist did a fantastic job, very detail oriented. I love my nails. My pedicure was just as good. I opted for the most expensive pedicure and it was well worth it. My calves and feet feel amazing. I appreciate how clean the salon is kept.

I had high hopes for this business, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, but my treatment was far from it. I booked a nail art appointment, but the nail artist assumed I was only getting a manicure. When she was kindly corrected, she responded with an attitude and complained the entire time, from the moment I showed her the design to the last nail she drew. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in any situation like that before. It’s 2025, and there shouldn’t be a stigma around men getting their nails done. To make matters worse, the artist refused to do half of the nail art I had shown her, and the entire time, there were screaming children and a dog running around as people were getting their nails done. It was a highly unprofessional experience, and I don’t recommend this business.

I always love my pedicure with Cathy.. very relaxing and my feet look and feel great!
