2025-10-07Everytime, I visit Rain spa for a service, it's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a big Good morning. Her energy and customer service was great. What can I say about my masseuse Carmen, she is PHONEMONAL. She is warm, inviting, personable and has a great spirit. 2025-10-06My wife and I came here for a couple of pre-wedding treatments, and WOW. We simply could not have had a better visit. She did a facial, I got a massage, and then we visited the salt cave — a last-minute request that the staff was more than willing to accommodate. The facility is beautiful and the staff is excellent. We will be returning when we are in town to visit family.

2025-05-04Our experience at Rain Wellness Spa was 5 stars. This was our first time. Do not just by the outside appearance. The staff made us feel warm and inviting. The rooms were so peaceful. The salt cave was exquisite! I actually fell asleep. The massages were relaxing. A definite must go!
