Nailed It

Loved the service here! They were so sweet, got these acrylics for 75, and basic pedi for 32! That’s a bargain compared to other salons I’ve been to! The people here are so sweet, accommodating and great to talk to. Definitely coming back again!

I’ve gone to Nailed It for about a year & a half now and I won’t go anywhere else! Tina is the best — she is so talented and who I trust with my nails. Ty at the front is always so friendly, as are the rest of the staff. The salon is also extremely clean! 😊

Today was my first time there. I went with my 4 year old daughter. They were very friendly and patient with my daughter who knows what she wants and can be quite demanding. Lol. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever received. The only reason I took off 1 star is because they don’t have a full nail color book. It’s overwhelming to have to look through countless shelves for your color. And even if you find something you think you might like, you won’t know the finished look painted on a nail. But besides that it was a great experience and the price is right. Thank you!

I don’t have any nice things to say to be completely honest & I’m not the type of person to usually leave reviews but… This was hands down THE worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I’ve never left a nail salon before feeling like I wanted to bawl my eyes out until today… The whole experience from the moment I walked into the door, to the actual nail application was nothing short of awful. I wish I asked the name of the gentleman that did my nails so I could make sure no one ever deals with how I was treated in this salon. When I walked into the salon I was not greeted with a “hello” I was immediately asked, “when is your appointment?” to which I responded “12:45” there were 3 employees all crowding the front desk at this time and one of them to which I assumed was going to be my nail tech responded “well you’re 20 minutes late” as he was already walking away from me in the shortest, rudest tone I’ve ever been talked to in a public establishment. From that moment on I was made extremely uncomfortable as I realized checking the clock on my phone that me being 20 minutes late was in fact incorrect. I showed up at maybe 12:50 but not a minute later. (When I called about 2 hours prior to booking this appointment I was told by a different gentleman on the phone to come at 12:45 or 1:00 because that was their next opening.) I felt a pit in my throat because I knew this first experience here was going to make me want to scared from the start. He proceeded to do my nails at his station and the entire appointment was complete, uncomfortable silence except for the exchange of words when he needed to ask what shape or design I wanted… I showed him a simple photo of mainly solid cobalt blue nails with a tortoise shell design on two other fingers of each hand. I just feel like looking at my nails I got ripped off. The nails are sub par… my ring nail is glued on crooked, they look like short nubs, the shape isn’t even what I asked for & I’ve spent over $100 (which is more than I’ve ever spent on my nails before & I typically do designs more complicated than this.) I’m just so defeated and upset after seeing my nails and experiencing what I did today. I will not be back and I do not recommend this nail salon. I paid $90 without tip for this design (I tipped $20 on top of this) & it was the most terrible, intimidating and uncomfortable experience ever in a nail salon. I did in fact cry when I walked out. I will be finding somewhere else to go that treats their customers better than this.
