The best nail salon in Bolton! Hailey has been doing my nails for months, and I’ve never had better nails! They last for weeks without chipping and her technique is exceptional. She gives amazing pedicures too. I recommend her to all my friends. These polka dot nails are exactly like the picture I showed her.

Today was my first visit at Elegance and I loved it. Katie was very friendly and professional and my nails look amazing! My family and I just moved and I have been looking for a great nail salon. I think I just found my new favourite! I have been getting my nails done for a long time, and I always get a design. Katie absolutely nailed it (pun intended). She made sure I was happy every step of the way and took my concerns seriously as I had two broken nails which she fixed beautifully. I will definitely be back!

I’m not local to Bolton — I drive in from Brampton — and it is absolutely worth the drive every time. I tried Elegance Nail Salon by fluke, and I’m so glad I did. Katie is excellent: professional, friendly, and so detail-oriented. I love that I can book online, my appointment starts right on time, the pricing is affordable, and my nails look amazing and actually last. So pleased with the service — this is officially my new go-to nail spot!

5/5 service! Truly exceptional. I’ve been looking for a go-to nail spot for years because most salons I’ve been to haven’t been consistent nor care about their clients all that much. I’ve come to Elegance Nails 3 times and 2/3 visits were perfect. I had done 2 refills and the job was fantastic especially Haley’s work with the shape and effort. On my third visit, I had an off day with the service of a woman there as the nail shape wasn’t what I wanted and I finished feeling a bit disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager told me she could tell my disappointment and wanted to make things right. She told me to come in on a different day (as it was closing time this day) so that she could make things right because her customers deserve to feel happy and confident with their nails. I came in yesterday and she personally fixed it and spoke with me like a person rather than just another client. I have so much respect for Elegance Nails and the amazing staff. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s about owning it and making it right and I have NEVER experienced service like this. I’m going to make sure I tell my friends and family about this wonderful salon. You’ve got a loyal customer! I can’t wait to come back for my next refill and pedicure 🤍🤍

Excellent service! I would highly recommend this nail salon. I visited today with my daughter, and we were both very impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. My daughter was absolutely thrilled—they took the time and care to make sure her nails were done perfectly. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who did her nails, because I would love to recommend her specifically. I also received wonderful service myself! Thank you for such a great experience!
