I got a wash a blow out done by a new stylist, Aliyah today. I told her I wanted it bouncy with loose curls and she delivered! She was the sweetest and I would definitely go back to her again. My 14 year old daughter is now asking to see her too!

I went in for a red copper. Had a consultation with hope. She told me she could do the color no problem. Then we went to the desk so they could price out the service for me. While at the desk she told them i needed to also do my eyebrows and my lip. It was rude and when i called to make an apt i requested she not be my hairdresser. They put me with mary. Very nice girl. My hair came out great but it washed out first time i washed it and i had really bad banding. Three layers of banding. So i emailed them they told me to come in free of charge theyd redo it. Second time they had me with mary and the master stylist robin. They put color on and my hair turned brown. I said it was to dark, they bleach bathed it, put copper on, then my hair was three dif shades, burgundy on top where she started, med brown mids and copper brown at the bottom. They told me to come back today. I debated it for awhile as i no longer had faith in the process or in being able to find this color in redken. Right off the bat i said that i had found a formula on tiktok that another stylist did and robin asked what the original base was, i said in most of the videos i had watched it was blonde or dirty blonde to get the bright red copper. I had the original photo on my phone. I also had the video of the girl who got her hair done with the formula. Robin said the color they where talking about was discontinued. They bleach bathed my hair again. And it was mid red brown. Put a glaze over and it was dark red brown, frizzy, dry and severally damaged. I just told them i liked it and left. They didnt really care what i wanted and used my hair an experiment to test out colors that where nowhere near the shade or color i had asked for. And through this process i learned robin said she was “redken certified” if you got certified in the brand of dyes your using on clients then why was my hair a million times darker then what i had asked for and you dont understand that a medium color needs a light base to start with. Im not a stylist and i know this. I should have trusted my gut and not gone back at all and done it myself. Now i hafta wait till my hair is healthy again before i can do anything else to it. Its dissapointing. Lost half my hair because of covid, had to take meds to get it to grow back. I wanted a warm color i could live with for awhile and instead my hairs destroyed. I got my hair done here years ago in 2021 and the lady did an amazing job. She left and i can see why. I thought this would be a good experience like that and it wasnt. Ill never step foot in another salon unless its for a haircut and certainly not this one. Should have listened when the receptionist told me she was trying to get a certain red in her hair but “they hadnt figured it out yet” if you want your hair brown or blonde, your good. Those are easy colors. For anything else, go someplace that knows what they are doing. It isnt here

I’ve been searching for a new stylist for a few months, and I am so glad I found this place. Lauren did an unbelievable job on my hair. I came in with very long, grown out, dark blonde hair, and she was very precise and got my hair exactly how I wanted it! Everyone at the salon was so kind, and I will definitely be booking with Lauren again!

I haven't gotten my hair done in over 5 years, Lauren did my hair and I cant thank her enough. It came out so beautiful and healthy. She did a better job than I could even imagine and she was so easy to work with. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted but told her to pick the color and bang length that she thought was best suited for me and boy was she spot on! The salon was beautiful and clean. Will 1000% come back to get my hair done by her❤️

I started my appointment with a consultation with Ann, who asked me about my skin concerns and goals for the facial. She then customized the treatment to my individual needs. The facial itself was very relaxing and invigorating. Ann used a variety of products and techniques to cleanse, exfoliate, massage, and moisturize my skin. I felt my skin becoming softer, smoother, and more radiant as the treatment went on. At the end of the facial, Ann applied a mask to my face and gave me a hand and feet massage. I felt completely relaxed and pampered by the end of my appointment.
