Watertown Nail Salon & Boutique

I went tonight to get nails done for a Christmas party tomorrow. They were all friendly and seemed clean. I loved the little boutique up front. I would if gotten my eye brows done but sometimes i get nervous with my face. My nails are adorable! My only issue is one of the stickers started lifting just a little bit when I got home but I still love it. My biggest thing was there was gloves worn the whole time and they were cleaning while i was there which makes it feel clean. I am happy with my nails. I dont blame the tech for the sticker lifting. I get it is possible. I also had to file one nail down just a bit it was longer then the other but other than that everyone was friendly. The place seemed clean. I didn’t see any sinks for handwashing but i noticed there is a bathroom. So i assume they wash there hands in there. But over all good job.

The customer service here is top-tier. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. My nails turned out beautiful and the boutique section has so many cute items. Easy 5 stars!

I went here for over 5 years, and even brought my young daughter several times. There were no problems until this past year. Many mistakes made by the technicians are met with anger and denial from the owners. I'm certain they will even clap back at my review and call me a lier like they have to several other reviewers on here. I am a licensed cosmetologist for 18 years, and I would never gaslight my customers, make false promises, or ask them to leave midservice because I couldn't take the constructive criticism of the customer. Learn some manners, emotional maturity, and business sense!!!

Disaster! I decided to try a new nail salon based on a recommendation—it was close by, so I thought, why not? Big mistake. From the moment we walked in, they quickly assigned technicians to me and my daughter. We were both getting gel pedicures and full sets, something I’ve done countless times before. But this was, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had, especially considering the price. The technician was incredibly careless—she cut through my cuticles on six fingers, making them bleed. They burned and hurt so badly, and not once did she ask if I was okay. Then she moved on to my eyebrows and completely ruined them—there are actual holes in them now. As for my daughter, her nails looked like a rushed DIY job—not at all what you’d expect from a professional. And the final bill? $299.01 for the both of us. I’ve never paid anything close to that for nails in my life, and certainly not for such poor quality. So if you’re thinking about trying a new place, do your homework first. This was a costly and painful lesson I won’t forget.

Went in for a fill. The girl I got didn’t even ask me how long I wanted the nails before she cut them down too short. Then she filed my nails too thin side to side and too tapered. She didn’t ask how I wanted them shaped before she did this. I told her I didn’t like them and she redid them but didn’t file the sides down again even though I asked multiple times so they look uneven. The whole time when she would do one nail I would pull my hand back to look and she would grab my hand back and say “let me finish then you can look.” Then I told her I wanted #755 for color. She grabbed the wrong color and I didn’t notice right away because of the lighting. When I noticed I told her it wasn’t the right color and she flat out said I was the one who told her the wrong number and argued with me about it. Eventually she ended up putting the right color over the wrong color and the wrong color shows through at the edges and looks sloppy. Today, I called back and wanted to discuss a refund or a discount to get them redone. The husband and wife team were very rude to me on the phone basically saying the whole thing was my fault and then refused to service me anymore. I was hung up on twice. Do not go here they will mess up your nails and blame you.
