I love this nail salon! I have been coming here for almost a year. I will never go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and nice. The products are high quality with great options of chrome, cat eye, and so many designs. The nail techs are so talented! They have drinks from Thai ice tea, Thai iced coffee to juice and wine! I also get my eyebrow and lip wax here! It’s great that it’s in the mall because there’s plenty of parking and I can go shopping after. I see Luna for my nails attached. I absolutely love the sono nails and spa, especially LUNA, which is an amazing nail artist!! They always spoil me with light drinks, coffee, and the sweetest service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and every visit genuinely feels like home. The team is talented, attentive, and goes above and beyond every single time. Highly recommend!

My nail tech took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The shape is perfect the design came out exactly how I wanted honestly even more better!! My nails look clean, fresh, and flawless. I got my nails done by Dex and he is my go to person to go to get a nice fresh set of nails💗

SONO NAILS Nails & Spa claims to offer top-notch service, but my experiences have been far from exceptional. The prices are high, especially considering the service I’ve received. For instance, when I requested a soak-off, they drilled at my nails to “speed up the process” instead of providing the service I had paid for. Even after requesting a soak-off for today’s service, I still feel acrylic and gel on my natural nail. I requested a soak-off because my gel x nails were terrible. The supervisor at SONO (Luis) was very helpful over the phone until I arrived at the salon. However, when I arrived, he claimed that because my last visit was 10 days ago, he could no longer help me. I had called the salon a couple of days prior when one of my Gelx nails first broke. Max, my nail tech, was visibly unwell when he applied the Gel x nails. I was unhappy with the outcome, but I understood that he was clearly under the weather. Despite my experience, I paid $77 plus tip for a plain Gelx without any design. I understand that 10 days may seem like a long time, but I was commuting from NYC to Connecticut to receive these services. It’s not easy for me to come during the weekdays due to work. My experience today was quite disappointing. It seemed like no one was eager to assist me. Even though I was unhappy with the service, I still ended up paying for it. I still have gel residue on my natural nails. I will not give this salon another dollar. Finally, I recently visited the salon to get my eyebrows cleaned in preparation for graduation. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I was severely burned on both brows. Take a moment to examine the extent of the burns on both brows. They’re nowhere near the actual eyebrows themselves.

Went there Thursday night to get a pedicure asked for the spa one and he gave me the basic he was very rough and fast I am pregnant. Then I got a dip manicure and at the end of it they charged me 125 dollars which is expensive I paid and the suggest tip was 25% and upward so they wanted about 30 dollars or up for a tip. My nails are all peeling I haven’t had bad service enough to make a bad review but I can’t believe how unprofessional he was and how much they charge for mediocre service and quality. Oh and the bleeding around my nail beds are from him.
