Fifth Avenue Nails

I’m a new customer here, and just had to say how wonderful of an experience I’ve had with them so far! I ended up not loving the color I chose, and normally I would just wait until my next appointment, but I have a wedding coming up and knew I would not like the color for the dress I’m wearing. I ended up making another appointment 3 days later to get a new manicure, and fully expected to pay full price, knowing it was my fault that I didn’t like the color. The owner (I’m assuming is the owner), was kind enough to only charge me for a color change, which I did not expect at all, nor did they owe me that. I really appreciated this kind gesture, and just wanted to post a review about it because I think experiences like this is what keeps people going back to a small business. Thank you Fifth Ave! I will be back for sure!

My daughter has been a faithful customer for over a year @ Fifth Avenue Nails and she had an appointment for her nails before a wedding she was in. The job looked like someone with absolutely no experience did her nails. I had her go back within minutes and had them do it over. Second time just a little better but still not good. As she sat there the second time, the lady that was doing her nails said, “I have another customer coming in 20 minutes”. So she rushed through her nails. I am also a customer and a bad experience with my other daughter just a week before. I don’t mind paying money for good work but I do mind paying for a bad job. I will never go back and they lost 3 good paying customers. The Nail Lounge down the street does a really good job and has great customer service. They also do non toxic nail polish and have more nail polish color options. The first pic is the first time she went (with pink) nails. Just horrible! Second picture after she went back still not good but some better. Unbelievable!!!

This is by FAR the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The techs are incredibly skilled with the work they provide. She was super detailed and made sure that I was happy with my nails the entire way through. I will continue to go here every single time!

I had a fresh set of sculpted gel extensions done. Eric was very polite, patient, and put a lot of attention to detail and care into my nails. Honestly, they have never looked this good before! I don’t have a naturally good-looking nail shape and have a shorter nail bed, so the transformation was impressive.

I wish I lived closer because this is by far my favorite place to get my nails done whenever I need a little self care. Whenever I am in the area, this is my go to place for a mani and pedi. No matter how long it’s been, I always get a lovely greeting and they remember me and ask how my dog is, etc. Shows how much they genuinely care about their clients. Every visit it’s a wonderful, relaxing experience. Each person that works there that I’ve met has been so kind and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxing and the glass windows make the space bright and airy. Everything is always well cleaned and place spotless. They do beautiful work and offer a variety of different options for mani and pedis as well which are all reasonably priced. They stand by their work as well-one time I actually chipped a toe nail walking out to my car and they quickly fixed it. Also a great place to get your brows done…every time I go in I get mine done and it’s one of the few places that doesn’t leave my sensitive skin red for hours post wax. Wonderful variety of nail polish colors that are all natural and non toxic which is hard to find too. By far my favorite nail salon and they are great at accommodating same day appointments as well. Highly recommend.
