Masking Perfection Nails (Russian Manicure)

Nails are done nicely but unprofessionally run business and prices are higher than they should be- not worth the work. I had a broken nail, tried to reach out to fix it, she cancelled my appt through text and when I asked why, she called me to tell me that I needed to call her for a random appt and she can’t see me for my already scheduled appt. I was obviously confused and she never made it make sense. I then asked if she was going to cancel the scheduled appt- when exactly can I get my nail fixed? This girl lied and told me she would text me available appt times. Then sends another message cancelling all my appts and saying I was aggressive? If it’s aggressive to be perplexed about why I was being cancelled without understanding, then color my guilty. But I didn’t even have a personal issue with her. It was very upsetting that she texted me a list of reasons I had no idea about why she didn’t think we were a good fit. Like what? I never got designs, only French manicures, so she lied about that- and the proof is- check out her site- she don’t do designs. Check out her book at the salon- too ugly to choose from honestly. I def did wish for designs but she was never the one. Very very weird experience. and I was never rude to her because there was no reason to be. So she basically just lied to my face instead of telling my on the phone or prior appts as she complained about- that she had an issue. I literally was confused from start to finish. Why would this happen with a nail tech all over a broken nail? Still confused but at least I found a better place. Check out Nails by Alena in Fairfield, they have great reviews. They also use ultra premium products. I bet my nails won’t crack at the new place like they did with this cheap gel that was used.

Krystal is the best nail technician I have ever met. She always makes you feel comfortable to try new things and ensures you leave her salon super happy. She is easy to talk to and I am excited to return every time ❤️❤️❤️

Simply perfect ! This was the first time I actually left a nail appointment satisfied. From the sanitary location and tools. Krystal paid very close attention and gave me feet soft like a newborn 👶🏾. She is Amazing!! Today is my birthday and she made it special. Krystal was on time and professional and easy to talk to. OMG she has a customer for life. I can't wait to show off my nails tomorrow...ooh and she even made my rinky dink pinky toes look amazing 😍. Sorry for my sausage toes and hands 😩. But idc cause my nails look AH-MAZING❣️
