Been going to GNC for about just shy of 3 years exclusively seeing Joyce for the past 2 years. She is beyond wonderful, she takes the time to hear your vision then create a visual to confirm it is what I am wanting. She takes extreme care in the little details and is a joy to watch work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done monthly!!! Yes that’s right MONTHLY, my nails last me 4+ weeks, girls nail cave is about quality service, products and overall experience. I recommend them to everyone!

I’ve been getting my nails here for months now with Joyce and she is absolutely amazing! My nails always get compliments. She is very meticulous and the material used is high quality! All the technicians are friendly and professional! I highly recommend this nail salon! 🤍the whole salon is a vibe! 💅

So happy i found this business over a year and an half ago. Yasmel is the best!!!!! All the girls here are super sweet and the environment is so cute and super clean. Any design i find online and i bring to yasmel she perfectly executes it. Whenever i need ideas or a personal twist she has great ideas and awesome recommendations. She is also so sweet and i look forward to seeing and catching up with her each time! 100% recommend

I booked an appointment with the nail cave weeks before a big event, paid the deposit and the appointment was confirmed by the nail cave. I received a reminder email about a week before hand, but then 48 hours before my appointment I received a text message that the tech was going out of town, and would not be in town for my appointment so would need to reschedule. They stated they were unsure how I was able to book the appointment through their scheduling system as their calendar was closed, which I received multiple messages that the appointment was confirmed by the business. They attempted to get me to rebook with another tech, but my schedule was packed (I work 12+ hour shifts most days) and it was only 48 hours before my appointment. I had made sure to take the day I had booked off specifically to take care of getting my nails done and a few other things (this was for my step son's wedding so there would be lots of pictures, etc). The last message that I received was that they were not sure they could refund my deposit that I had paid to their website through Zelle. This felt kind of scammy to me, I don't have Zelle, and if your website can automatically charge my card for a deposit why can it not be refunded? So not only was I out a nail appointment, given my other constraints I had to make due for his big day and I am out my deposit as well. Big disappointment as I had heard so many good things and I try to support small, local, businesses.

I made an appointment July 5th for 12:30 PM today and paid a $21 deposit. Got a text message and confirmation email. I showed up, place was locked and empty. Thought okay maybe theyre on their breaks, lunches, etc. Wait a half hour. Still empty and locked🥲. This place has done my nails before which is why I went back, but a heads up for a cancellation, a call, even a message, anything wouldve been nice so I didnt have to waste time coming for an appointment that wouldnt happen. I called and no one answered. lf you book, do the deposit with your credit card so you can be ready to dispute if you have a smililar experience. I ended up going to a popular nails place in Southington which was cheaper, same (if not better) quality, and I didnt have to wait 10+ minutes for an appointment I already had like I did here last time.
