If I could leave 0 I would. They left wounds and abrasions on my 13 year olds feet and refused to refund me. My daughter and I went in to get pedicures and her nails done. He nails turned out fine - not what she wanted - the man who wasn’t even doing her nails talked her out of the color.. and used a sticker for the flower vs painting but .. fine. The nails are cute. The pedicures however .. the photos speak for themselves. She told me when we got home that the lady cut her foot then showed me. Absolutely horrific! I then noticed all of my toes were smudged! I was there for over an hour after getting my pedicure so there was no reason they should have smudge completely off. Also to add .. someone else took over my daughter’s pedicure because she wasn’t doing it right? The whole thing was just odd. I was upset more so about my daughters feet so my husband called , spoke with the man who told us they don’t give refunds but can re do my toes … what about my daughters feet?! Why would I ever take her back here?? I’m filing a dispute with the CC company. This is completely unacceptable, unsafe, unsanitary and down right negligent.

Love this place! They are so friendly and accommodating. Lena does an excellent job. I’ve gotten both gel and dip manicures and have been so happy with them :)

I needed a new nail place close to home and I definitely will be back. Excellent customer service and beautiful work. Please ask for Stephanie. They are all wonderful, but she is the best!!

The first time I went here I had the owner doing my nails and he did an absolutely fantastic job. They were all even and perfect exactly how I wanted them done. The second time I had a woman do my nails (I didn’t ask for anyone specifically I’m not sure you can do that?) and she sped through them and they weren’t even at all. One nail actually had a lump on the side. I wasn’t super impressed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 3rd time I had a different guy do them and he had to do ALOT of filing to get them all matching again. He also did a fantastic job and they came out exactly how I’d wanted. The now 4th time…. The same woman did my nails who I guess does good nail art (?) my nails where starting to seperate and she had ignored it. It also felt like she was burning my nails with her dremel, she dug her nails into my hand, one of my fingers is a little crooked at the end and she tried to twist it straight which was extremely painful. She also files very very fast and hard. I went with a design and not something basic (snowflakes on 3/5 nails & a ombré on one nail) the snowflakes look absolutely nothing like snowflakes and the ombré is more a sloppy half & half. I was very unimpressed but with how she was handling my hands I just wanted to be done at that point. Then it was $65 for them. And she did a terrible job. I usually tip fairly well. That time I didn’t tip and I felt a little bit guilty. And then I thought- there was absolutely no one else in line, why was she so rushed? I’m not sure I’ll be going back. The owner is very nice and friendly & if you have a picture of what you want he will help you find the closest colors you’re looking for. Very upset with the last experience though. This was on 11/22. It’s something that’s continually bothered me since getting them done hence the review.

I loved the salon, it was my first time there and im in love with my nails. I will certainly come back. *** I got manicure and pedicure.
