2025-12-03They are very nice and provide the best nail service. However, I will NOT return. I have been a customer for quite sometime and have never missed an appointment. I even changed appointment times when requested in the past. Today I had an emergency and needed to take my husband to the ER. Couldn't make my appointment and tried to call them. I must have called the wrong salon. As a result I will be charged for 1/2 the cost of my appointment. I am extremely disappointed that my past and future appointments were not enough to waive this fee. Makes me sad. Be aware that there are no exceptions to their rules.
