Frenchies Modern Nail Care Thornton

Before I inform why I'm leaving a 1 star I want it to be known it has nothing to do with customer service or the store. Everyone I encountered was amazing, professional, and incredibly friendly. The location was clean and well maintained. I appreciated how the girls who did the pedicures were very sanitary. Now the 1 star is due to the polish not lasting more than a week. My wife and I made an appointment for the first time at this location. We were going on a vacation and wanted our feet to look nice. When we chose the polish for our toes we were told it was almost like gel. Meaning it should last longer than normal polish. (It was also more expensive - an additional $15 per person.) Now to be transparent I was in water my whole vacation but, if this was the reason the polish didn't last my wives toes (red) would also be chipped and non existent on some toes as well. As you can see by the pictures her toes aren't as bad while mine (white) are chipped and gone completely. I don't know if the polish I chose was bad but it was incredibly disappointing to see the paint chip away while on vacation.

I don't often get my nails done because I am a nurse, but I came to Frenchies to get my nails done for vacation. Nova was super friendly and took her time to replicate a photo I found. She was so sweet and patient and did an amazing, detailed job. I love the way my nails turned out!

The best nail salon ever, and they were very kind while we had an extended stay at the Children’s Hospital.

This salon has completely spoiled me for anywhere else! Best pedicures ever. It’s actually so clean and spotless (and doesn’t have that usual nail salon smell 🙌🏽), plus the products they use are amazing. The real stars though are the nail techs. I’ve loved everyone I’ve seen! My mom always books with Elijah (and I really like Elijah too), but sometimes my schedule is tight so I will just choose the random tech option, and every single person I’ve gotten has been so friendly and talented. Shout out to the receptionists too!! They’re so kind. I also purchased the polish pass and have zero regrets. Love, love, love this place!!

I come here every 2 weeks to get my feet done. All of my family use this business because it's simply the best. We are always treated as VIP and we always appreciate this from any business. Michelle is the best in the business and we couldn't be happier that this place takes care of us every time we come! The place is also always super clean and these ladies are super professional and attentive.
