2025-11-17I just moved to Montrose and was looking for a new nail technician. I had been with my former nail technician for 20 years and I knew it would be hard to fill her shoes. After some research I came across Jessica at the Rusty Nail and I couldn’t be more pleased! Her communication leading up to appointment professional and much appreciated. I found her studio to be well equipped and clean. Her artistry and attention to detail was spot on and I love how my nails turned out! I highly recommend Jessica for your nail care needs.

2025-08-13Will cancel your appointment the day of or the day prior. I booked 2 separate appointments using different phone numbers in a 7 month period, both were cancelled the exact same way. Poor communication skills. I cannot reschedule as these were nails for a vacation that I am leaving for in 2 days. She was told this prior to booking the appointment. Speechless, disappointed. In response to your reply, you informed me at 8:20pm for an appointment at 2:50pm the next day. You also have no idea whether or not I was "rude" last time I booked as it was booked under a different number and a different name. Have some integrity.
