From explaining everything in detail to giving her honest recommendation, she made me feel completely comfortable, seen, and heard, The results are amazing — so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Nicki is an absolute ANGEL!!! I had my lashes done in Denver, and unfortunately had an allergic reaction by the time I got to Vail. It was miserable, and Nicki was able to fit me in as an emergency visit in between clients with a very busy schedule, to remove my lashes. The studio is super clean and cute — I couldn’t recommend this place or Nicki more! Life-saver!!

I ordered a product from their website. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping information. One week later, I requested shipping information, but no response. over two weeks from order passed, and still not response, no information at all. This doesn't seem like a fraudulent company, but it seems like these guys do not have any support or care for their online business. I would NOT recommend these guys at all.
