2025-07-19I went in today for a fill (last photo shows my nails before the appointment). I arrived at 2 PM and waited about 30 minutes—no big deal. But unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The first technician completely changed the shape of my nails, even though I asked to keep the original shape. It looked so off that I asked her to soak them off entirely. Another technician then stepped in and said she could fix them, but the results were really disappointing. The French tips are uneven, the nails are short and stubby, and overall they look rushed and poorly done. After 4 hours, I left at 6 PM feeling frustrated—and still had to pay $77 for a set I wasn’t happy with. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Very disappointing experience. If you decide to go, I’d recommend making sure your technician has the skill and experience for the style you’re asking for.

2025-07-20Greats nails spa!! In town visiting and this is my first time coming in and Lynn and Chow were so sweet and caring. They took really great care for me. The mimosa drink was good as well. Chow was great with the pedi and Lynn got my cuticles together. Overall great experience!!!
