Elite Nails Lounge Louisville KY

I have had really great gel-x manicures from many of the technicians at Elite Nails Lounge over the last 6 months. Tiffany showed me cat eye at my first appointment and I’ve stuck with it ever since, I love the effect so much. Kim is very thorough with shaping and making sure the length of each nail is even, which I really appreciate. If you like a chatty appointment, Jennifer does great work and is fun to talk with as well. The staff always greet me by name and provide such excellent service, I highly recommend Elite Nails Lounge!

I’ve been going for the past 2 months. They help my nails grow so much and I’ve been getting hard builder gel. They’re so nice and I love all of the different color books they have too. Jenny did such a great job with this set and she was so nice. I really recommend this nail salon!

I believe her name was Kim, as that was the name on the UV light she used. Kim did a great job with the nails, I got the gel X for the first time and they turned out great. They didn’t have the exact shade deep red I wanted but they’re still really pretty. One thing I didn’t love is that she spent more time on her personal phone answering calls and watching videos than talking to me, I think we only had a couple sentences spoken to one another (outside of the shade color picking). It was super odd. I’m not sure how often they wash their brushes, but she used the fluffy rose brush to clean off the nail dust from the table, which was kind of unsanitary to me. I wear contacts and have really bad sensory issues as well and kept asking for her to go shorter on the nails and she would barely file them down for a second and ask if that was okay, until I mentioned just clipping them. They are still a bit too long for my liking because it was really hard for me to pry my contacts out last night but they are manageable, I hope anyway. I don’t think she cleaned up my cuticles as well either - but I’m not sure the price was included in a mani when you get a gel X set?

I truly recommend this place, they were kind and help me pick what kind of nails I wanted since I haven’t gotten my nails done in years now. They were patient and took their time with them :)

Jennifer always does an amazing job on my nails! She is friendly and efficient. I can show her a picture and she usually does even better than the picture! My Halloween nails are particularly cute. Great salon!
