Mon Cheri Nails & Lashes

I rarely leave negative reviews unless necessary. This review is very long, but comprehensive, TL;DR: two of us waited 2 hours without anything getting done Called ahead for 5 people to get nails done: 1 acrylic refill, 2 dip, and 2 gel, mentioning that some of us wanted design, calling to several places to find someone to accommodate us since that is a lot. We made the appointment for 3pm on a Sunday, and were told that it was completely doable and that we could be done before they closed at 5. We all showed up on time, and it seemed as though the nail salon had many other people make appointments at the same time as us, so after waiting an entire hour past the time, 3 of us were started— one person with gel and the two with dip. 40 minutes before they closed, 1.25 hours into sitting around, and hadn’t even begun on my acrylic refill, and we were notified only ONE staff could do design since everyone else was booked out. Incredibly disappointing, and clearly not coordinated. Nobody spoke to us, ignored us and grabbed others that came in after us and after our appointment slot and took care of them first. Had someone come to call only one of us back at 4:30, which would not have left enough time to get either of us done. Seems as though they have 2 good people who were booked out by others, but did not consider the large group that we’d called about a week ago. Vibes: The space was cute and professional-looking, which did not match the business practice whatsoever. I love supporting small businesses and I’m happy to see success, but the customer experience is overlooked. We were treated as if we were walk-ins without an appointment. Two of us are leaving without our nails done due to the timing. The others did get nails done and they look pretty good, and the green ones were a little patchy but the design was good. I wish I could have left a positive review, as the pink & purple nails turned out just how we asked.

This place is beautiful and everyone is super friendly. I would recommend getting a pedicure here but maybe go some place else for your nails. If you’re getting a full set or rebase you could be waiting forever. The last 2 times I got my nails done were definitely not the quality I have gotten before. This last time the polish started chipping in less than 12 hours and when I called I was told to walk in, and that would be fine but I don’t have time to sit around and wait for them to spare a moment.

I always love coming here, the technicians are nice and do a really great job! Got these bad boys done and I absolutely love them !!! They now have a punch card program

I never leave reviews but my experience warranted one :/ I was in town from out of state, this place was recommended. I don’t recall the name of the lady who did my gel manicure, she was nice but seemed to take shortcuts leading to lifting of my polish at the cuticles 3 days later. The nail polish sander/grinder was used to completely take off my gel rather than letting them partially soak. Never pushed back my cuticles, minimal buffing done. She did cut my cuticles, however not sure if it was a clean tool since it was pulled out of a random drawer not in an unopened hygiene pack. My nails were never filed/shaped before or after polish applied. The polish was placed very low, even on some of my cuticles. I went in for a straightforward gel polish change and left unimpressed. Within 3 days my manicure started to have lifting at the cuticles. Do not need to return

I had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment before coming and was pleased to have someone greet me as I walked in and help me get checked in and settled. All the staff were so very friendly and were very accommodating to my friends and me the entire time. The nail techs do a magnificent job with acrylic nails and they were very careful with their craft to give us exactly what we wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be spreading the word as far as I can. You guys were awesome :)
