Epic Nail Salon Windsor, Colorado

Everything about my visit was wonderful — my nails and pedicure turned out beautifully, and my technician, Johnny, was so kind and thorough. The jelly pedicure was such a relaxing treat and absolutely worth it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of something I witnessed while getting my pedicure. After a group of ladies left, a few members of the staff began laughing and making comments about them not wanting to pay an extra $20 for gel. I was the only customer left in the salon at the time, and while I did choose the gel option that day, I don’t always — it just happened that I did this time. It made me uncomfortable, not because I thought they meant harm, but because it felt unkind toward people who were simply making the choice that fit their budget. I’m not someone who would ever judge others for how much they do or don’t spend — I grew up watching my parents work incredibly hard and sometimes struggle to make ends meet. Even now, though I could afford to splurge more often, I still budget carefully and only occasionally treat myself to extras like this. Life can change quickly — a car repair, a vet bill, anything unexpected — and I know many others think the same way. That’s why it made me sad to see that moment. Those ladies seemed so kind and were clearly just trying to enjoy a little self-care together. In today’s economy, not everyone can afford every upgrade, and I think anyone who walks through the door deserves to feel appreciated for supporting the business. Despite that one moment, I truly enjoyed my experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back. I just hope the team can be a bit more mindful in the future, because kindness and understanding go a long way — and this salon has so much potential to be a place where everyone feels completely welcome.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I’ve been growing out my natural nails for two months, and they completely ruined them in one appointment. I asked multiple times to soak off my previous gel, but the tech refused to listen and tried to drill everything off instead. He was even going to leave the old gel residue on my nails, which would’ve made the new set come out bumpy, uneven, and honestly ugly. Because he didn’t take his time or follow what I asked for, he damaged my nail bed, broke my nail, and even dented it with the machine. For the price they charge, the quality is nowhere near worth it. I left with my nails looking worse than when I walked in. I stopped him midway and had to leave to another location. When it came time to pay, he tried to force me to pay for the service, but I stood my ground and refused—because there’s no way I’m paying for that level of bad work. I never leave bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. I would never recommend this spot to anyone.

This was my second time at Epic Nail Bar and it was another great experience! The employees are always so friendly and take care of every customer. My nails always look beautiful and they have great attention to detail. The salon is a calm and enjoyable environment every time.

Rose and Do were amazing! The salon was fast and accommodating of my time. “Do” gives a wonderful massage. I wish I lived here - I’d come every week! Plus they have wine, but my appointment was at 10:15 am, so I had to skip it this time. Can’t wait to come back in the Fall.

Jessica is amazing!! I have lived here and gone to Epic nails for a while but recently got paired with her. She not only was attentive and efficient, she was great to talk to and I felt comfortable with the flow of everything. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them and I love them!! I highly recommend going here not only for the amazing service, but relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent quality of nails.
