Vaia Salon and Spa

If I could rate more than 5 stars I totally would this is definitely the best haircut/style I've ever gotten in my life! I was so nervous to try a new hair salon and stylist but Sarah made me feel so comfortable the entire time and made sure we were doing exactly what I wanted and envisioned! She gave me some amazing advice for how I can take care of my hair and showed me how to style my hair when it hasn't been done at a salon! I will be coming back here for a very long time and I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a new and amazing salon experience!!!

Sarah is amazing! I had some "highlights " done at another place and it was just insane many shades of blonde and just super harsh and with some breakage. And Sarah did her magic with some low lights, softened everything. I look amazing! Also the massage she gives while shampooing... Superb! And another thing to note when she was drying my hair she was very gentle. I wasn't fighting for my life or anything haha. Can't wait to go back!

Located in the heart of beautiful Golden, Vaia is an adorable hair salon with very knowledgeable and personable staff. This is the first experience where I have felt my stylist genuinely cared about what I was hoping for. I have very fine hair as well as have used boxed dye in the past so my hair was dry/damaged as well as had a reddish tint to it that I hated. Kelsey was able to not only remove the reddish tint but also color it to be a beautiful brown with light brown/golden highlight(and cover up the stubborn greys that were coming through!). She was also able to cut/style it to just what I envisioned! It looks and feels so healthy. Everything from her really listening to what I was hoping for, to the friendly conversation, cup of coffee, to the amazing scap massage during the hair wash, I highly recommend booking an appointment at Vaia with one of their talented stylists

I have been meaning to write this review for a few months. My wedding was on May 16, 2025 and thanks to Kelsey, I looked so incredibly beautiful I almost didn't recognize myself. From the moment I met her during the makeup an hair trial, I knew she was the best person to assist me on my wedding day. She's down to earth, kind, beautiful, talented, and professional. I am so glad I found this awesome salon. My mom and best woman also had their hair done at the salon and echoed my sentiments. If you are looking for a new salon or a place to do your wedding hair and makeup, look no further and ask for Kelsey. You won't regret it. Thank you again, Kelsey, and Vaia staff for making my special day even more special. It takes a certain type of people to do what you all do and I appreciate everything you did for me and my family.

Just had my first haircut here & am so glad I tried this salon. Kelsey did an awesome job on my unruly hair! She seems to really care and is sumply a breath of fresh hair! If you are looking for a new stylist or salon that is reasonably priced, this is it!
