Casabella Nail Salon

By far the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. EVER. it is Perfect! Regular pedicure…also great!! Tony was so kind and took his time to do his best. He even used a fine tip paint brush to clean around the edges. I mean… never have I seen this! Anyway. So so happy with this salon. They are all so sweet. Very organized. Easy to get an appointment. Great massage chairs and very clean. You can’t get better. I will go no where else!

My girlfriend and I came in with high hopes given the number of 5-star reviews, but unfortunately had a really disappointing experience at Casabella. We came in to get mani-pedis for a wedding; I requested a basic mani-pedi with regular polish while my girlfriend requested gel-x French tips with a basic pedicure. She was surprised to find out it cost $144, while mine was $60 total. Her nail tech worked diligently and took his time but unfortunately the mani still came out uneven, with the white tips detached from the base and streaky and inconsistent along the edges. After only a week of wear, she decided to soak them off herself as they were not functional. She got French tips on her toes and there was no base coat painted under the white tips, just plain toe. For the price, that seemed pretty unacceptable. For myself, my mani-pedi came out streaky and uneven, with my nails different lengths and with no cuticle treatment. I’m allergic to gel polish and so requested some nail art on one nail with regular polish, and my tech said that wasn’t possible. I know it’s not convenient, but I was willing to pay more for the design I wanted and was disappointed that my desired goal for my nails wasn’t even acknowledged. I debated posting this review as I don’t want to hurt the salon, but wanted to be honest about my experience as I had such high hopes and left extremely disappointed and feeling like our money was wasted. I know many others have had great experiences here, unfortunately ours was not.

Large selection of beautiful polis colors. Language barrier prevelant. Not the cleanest place. Tech had uncovered bloody hang nails!! But tech also did a great job on my nails!! Would give this place a 4 out of 10.

I adore this salon. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I seriously could never go anywhere else ever again. I haven’t had an experience that I didn’t like. The nail techs are all honest with what designs they can do and are very meticulous when it comes to shape and design. They check in often to see if it’s something I like or if I want to change anything. It’s always clean and pretty peaceful and quiet (sometimes it can get loud when it’s busy but ambiance is always nice). I think it’s pretty reasonably priced for the service I get. Kim of Casabella has been taking care of my nails since 2023, and has always been consistent with her quality of work. I have visited other nail salons when I am out of town, but I always come back to Kim. Casabella is clean and the staff are very nice. I also love their location in Georgetown.
