Bnails (Voted Best Nail Salon Cedar Park)

My first experience at Nails was excellent! I will be back and tell everyone about Lilly who was my tech. I am so happy I got her!! Not only did she make my nails look amazing, her massage skills are more than I could have hoped for. She made my arms and legs feel the best they have in months, since I have issues with fibromyalgia. I will go to Lilly again! She is the best!! Also very reasonable prices. Lilly went above and beyond in making my experience amazing!!

Linh & Lilly were amazing. I called and was clear about what I needed and the front desk said they had two people available for my nails, I asked them to choose who would be best based on what I told them I needed and she suggested Linh, she was so nice and listened to me (like really listened) and I was hesitant on the color I picked so I described the color I wanted and she tested the one I picked and the one she picked and I ended up going with her suggestion, my nails look flawless and beautiful! I haven’t smiled like that in a salon in a very long time. I also needed a pedicure and Lilly was so amazing. She not only was so sweet but she gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I truly felt like I got what I paid for and with pricing these days I think everyone is weary of paying too much for a pedicure but today was worth every penny! Oh and did I mention the iced coffee was amazing? I loved my experience!

First time I’ve ever been unsatisfied with this store. I went and got my acrylics removed and a polish put over. After leaving they smudged and got ruined. I called this morning right at open to see if I could quickly come in and get them fixed and was told no. Due to the regular polish not having a garuntee even though I sent photos with a time stamp not even an hour after my appointment. So on top of my $55 first spent they wanted me to pay and additional $33 to get a color change. Staff is great especially the receptionist. I’m sorry she had to play the middle man between me and the manager.

I had such a great experience. The environment was beautiful, so pretty, pink, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Ethan did my nails and toes, and they came out perfect. He’s incredibly detailed, shaped everything flawlessly, and really listens. He took my feedback so well and made sure my design was exactly how I wanted it. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you’re getting nail art, I would definitely ask for Ethan.

Jayden is amazing! He’s always so gentle, pays close attention to every little detail, and constantly checks in to make sure you’re happy throughout your service. I’ve gotten a few sets from him now—including nail designs and French tips—and he does such a great job every single time. His nail shaping is especially good! I moved a few months ago and I’m so glad I found him—he’s definitely my new go-to nail tech. Highly recommend!
