Very clean, super friendly staff. I have been going there for almost 5 years now and Shelly is amazing! She is super friendly and always is up to trying her talent at whatever photo I bring in, if she doesn’t think she can re create it she ours her own spin on it! I’ve been coming to M Nails and Spa for the past few years and I absolutely love it. A nail place that values your business and your time. They actually honor your appointment time unlike other nail places in Erie, which was the whole reason I switched to M Nails. The staff are all incredibly friendly and talented, especially Nina. The salon is kept immaculately clean as well. I’ve never left unhappy with my nails. Make sure you book an appointment as they’re usually pretty full! You definitely won’t regret getting your nails or brows done here.

Mimi is such an amazing nail artist! She always listens to me and helps me decide the best way to accomplish the look I’m trying to accomplish. I am VERY hard on my nails. I’m an active gardener, crafter, medical professional, dog scratcher/dog washer, deep cleaner, and typing queen- so my nails need to last through it all. The builders gel is THE ONLY type of nail work that has lasted more than 2 weeks. Thank you Mimi!! I’ll be back for the holidays ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my 11 year old daughter went for mani’s and pedi’s. Pedis were good only reason a 1 star is even suitable. Went to get pedicures and then split us up. So I showed them a Pinterest inspiration photo she picked out and said no fake nails, just the powder because I didn’t want her to have long nails- she’s again 11 years old. They said “ok no fake nail just powder.” I explained this to my nail tech and hers to help with translation btw. Over an hour later my daughter walks over in tears to tell me she’s done. She told the lady per my daughter two times they were to long but she didn’t cut them down anymore. I’ll leave her inspo picture and after picture for you to judge yourself. They are god awful, crooked and acrylic long nails. As for mine, I like mine short and square but she could NOT make them straight on top as a square, crooked and lop sided. Then I did French tips which made it even worse because she couldn’t color a straight line either. I asked multiple times to fix them and she just couldn’t. I did get a discount but omg what a waste of time and money. If you can’t do nails get a new job, PLEASE. Even if she wanted them long their lumpy, bulky and V shaped. Just HORRIBLE.

The ONLY salon I will go to! I have been going to M Nails for many years and they are always great! The nail tech work speaks for itself! Feels like family for me bc I've been going there for so long 🩵 cleanliness is my top priority and they far exceed my expectations 🩵
