MoMo Nail Salon

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about a year now, and up until my most recent visit, I’ve genuinely enjoyed every single appointment. Their prices are fair, the salon is clean, and the majority of the employees have always been kind and welcoming. I’ve even recommended this location to many people because of how consistently good my experiences had been. Unfortunately, my last visit was very upsetting. I initially asked about a specific service that they don’t offer, which was completely fine—I had no issue pivoting to another option. However, I was repeatedly pushed toward a different service that I knew I didn’t want. I’ve tried it before and didn’t love it, so I chose to stick with what I’m comfortable with. Once I made that clear, the attitude from the employee assisting me noticeably changed. I was met with visible annoyance and disdain, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Another employee eventually took over the service after what felt like they were talking about me. Thankfully, the second employee was kind and professional, and I’ve had good experiences with her in the past. What was especially confusing was that once the service was finished, the original employee returned, gave me a hand massage, and suddenly acted friendly—asking if I’d been to the salon before. When I told her I’d been a regular client for about a year, her demeanor completely shifted again. I’m not sure if the issue was that I didn’t agree to an upsell or that the service I chose wasn’t one she enjoys doing, but either way, I left in tears. It was incredibly disappointing, especially considering how loyal I’ve been and how many people I’ve sent their way because I truly loved this salon. I hope this was an isolated experience, because I’ve always had such a positive view of this place—but no client should ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected for choosing the service they want.

Love this salon! I’m new to manicures and fake gel nails but wanted to get them done and Karen did a wonderful job with them and explaining how to maintain them. I am hooked and my friends and partner all compliment them and note how natural they look, they didn’t even think I had fake nails. They are really sturdy too, I use my hands a lot to garden and am constantly breaking my normal nails but since I’ve had this set on for a month now, it’s not broken or chipped at all. They last so well! I also love the color selection, chrome being my favorite, but it’s great to get guidance from the staff since I’m a newbie with it all. It’s a relaxing spa like environment and is a great getaway to decompress and feel you’re doing some positive self care for yourself. Highly recommend!

The ladies here are amazing! So sweet and they got my friend and I in same day, including our boyfriends! Wonderful and professional, I’ll definitely be coming back :)

I love this nail salon! Jenny & Mina did such a great job on mine and my cousin’s nails. I went in, showed them an inspiration pic, and they delivered! The shop is well maintained and clean! Jenny took great care to shape my nails and to ensure that they all matched each other. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I have been going to Momo Nail Salon nearly every two weeks for over two years now and exclusively see K for my dip powder nails and gel pedicures. She is hands down the most meticulous nail technician I have ever been to and I always leave feeling like I received the best service. She cares about her clients and takes pride in doing excellent work (she's also pretty funny, too!) With that said, ALL of the staff there is kind and friendly - they work very hard to ensure you have a lovely experience. I love their massage chairs when I get pedicures and enjoy catching up on Netflix shows while getting my nails done! I highly recommend going to Momo Nails - they're fantastic!
