D’OR Nails Bar and Lashes

I absolutely love this place! Bebe and Zoe are amazing! I saw Zoe for the first time today and I LOVE my nails. The shape is PERFECT and I love the little design she did! Update from 12/20 fill and pedi: Zoe is AMAZING and killed it again!! I absolutely love this nail salon and will be a repeat customer of Zoe’s. Not only does she do an amazing job but she is SO kind! I would recommend D’OR to all my friends and family.

Somehow I was charged 120 for the 47$ pedicure and the acrylic that was supposed to be 50$ I didn’t actually realize how much extra they charged until my nails started peeling off and bubbling that I actually looked at the website and the prices since I didn’t have a lot of time to look at the menu. I called the day after I had them done because they started peeling within 12 hours of of leaving the store. The woman I talked to said they’d call me back and they never did. When we spoke over the phone they said they would not give a refund and said they’d fix it, but I have no time for that especially with how rude they were and ridiculous the charges were. I have no complaints about the pedicure. Very confused with the excessive cost and low customer service. I was confused of why I was way over charged and they would not refund the portion I paid for the nails. Nails were supposed to be 55 and with the quality I received you’d think a preschooler did my nails. Very bad quality this is the worst I’ve ever had. They did nothing close to what I asked for plus they started to peel same day. One week later I have four nails peeling some bubbling and one nail broke off in half. While I was there another woman came in to have hers removed the tech asked why and she said two popped off and said they didn’t do a very good job she didn’t get fake nails this time just a manicure. Crazy how many reviews there are of them overcharging people. And bad quality. Very sad I was hoping it’d be my new place guess not. And then the excessive amount that they overcharge if you use a credit card seems like they want us to pay there credit card taxes. You have to claim all credit card tips on taxes that’s why they’d rather get paid with cash which I did and tipped each person very well. They can lie on the amount of cash tips that are made to to increase their profit. And to make it worse they were talking trash about the other nail place down the street that I’ve never been to m, maybe that’ll be my new place. I spent 150 I wanted my nails like the last photo and they’re nothing like it. The orange thing is supposed to be a pumpkin? So not recommended this place at all and if you do go check what they’re charging you for I was charged for the most expensive nail, but got the least expensive acrylic. Beware

Tracey did an absolutely amazing job, the most detailed and prettiest nails I have ever had! Took my inspiration photo and made it even better! Tracy also did my daughter’s hoco nails a few months ago and just as amazing!

Had a wonderful experience today at this nail salon, I’ve been all over NoCo looking for a good spot for the past 7 months. I’m hoping this place can be my new spot. I’ll be going back from pedicure to see how that goes. Typically I do gel X but wanted to try builder gel. Jackie did my nails and he did a fantastic job executing exactly what I asked. I was a little indecisive and he was patient with me. I will be going back to see him!

Jackie did an amazing job on my nails! He always makes sure everything looks perfect and takes his time with every detail. The design came out way better than I expected — super clean and creative. He’s really friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes the whole experience chill and fun. I’m always happy walking out with fresh nails. Definitely recommend Jackie if you want your nails to look top tier! 💅✨
