Cindy always does an amazing job. She does exactly what I I vision. Perfect natural nails that I was looking for today. Her and her staff are the best. They never turn away a walk in and make every customer feel welcome.

This really is a lovely establishment for your pampering days. My daughter and I went in for back to school manicures, and pedicures. And we definitely wouldn't I walked way, happy with what we received. They offer various types of pedicures, and have multiple options to reach your manicure expectations. My daughter and I keep that full set. I love acrylics, both done with different styles. I do feel as though this place is pricey, but they are good at what they do.

So I had previously been to blue sky before the owners had sold it. I was seeing a different nail tech and decided to come back. I had read previous reviews and decided to book an appointment with Bri. She was so sweet and made conversation getting to know me. She did an amazing job with my nails (getting me a new set) I was able to show her a picture of a nail design and she replicated that on my nails I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for nail art. I will be coming back to see her again

Have previously come to this salon and decided to come back. However my experience on 10/31 was far from comfortable. I went in asking for a cat eye set, gel polish on acrylic nails with a pedicure. While I was getting my pedicure done, the lady servicing me kept asking me if I wanted to get Gel X because it was “better.” She would not take no for answer and repeatedly asked even after I kept politely declining. Then she had her coworker come over and that lady started trying to upsell me on Gel X as well. I asked if the set I was asking for was doable with the acrylic/gel polish and they said “yes BUT gel x would be better.” They each haggled me for about a minute each and would not let up. I felt uncomfortable and decided I would rather just get the pedicure- no polish, and I was no longer getting the full set. I made this known to the manager (who usually sits in the first chair closest to the entrance) and the lady doing my pedicure. The manager came over to check on me and asked what the issue was. I explained to her that the two other girls made me frustrated because they were insistent that I get Gel X and they kept saying it “was better.” The manager took this personally and said “well I never said it was better” even though I never said it was the manager’s fault. This made the whole thing even more frustrating. Then at the end of the pedicure the lady pulls out the gel base coat and tried painting my toes AFTER I said I was no longer interested. I went back and forth with her for almost TWO MINUTES because she STILL could not take no for an answer. While this was happening she was holding onto my foot and refused to let go while still trying to add the base coat. This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at a nail salon ever. They kept trying to upsell me on a product I’ve tried before but don’t care for, and were going back and forth with me about a service I did not want. And even towards the end she held onto my foot and was insistent that I get the gel polish. I will not be returning, nor do I seek any accommodation or communication from the salon.

I had a walk in with Cindy for a full set, they accommodated me quickly and she was absolutely lovely throughout the entire service. She asked multiple times if I liked the way she was working and gave me exactly what I asked for. I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten years and nails that last this well are so hard to find. I’m a bartender and rough on my hands, but it’s been three weeks with zero lifting or chipping. I will be returning soon!
