Shear Shack Salon

We arrived 10 minutes early. A lady asked us if we had an appointment and told her the name. She looked at the schedule to see who the stylist was and said she wasn't in yet. We waited 20 minutes before she actually arrived. She didn't start the appointment until it had been 30 minutes past the appointment time. She didn't apologize for being late or thank us for our patience. She did the cut and half blow dried the hair. Wasn't even trying to style it. Just made it poofy and the bottom half was still wet. After we left we realized the cut was uneven in the back. We ended up going back to get it fixed. The cut looks good, but wouldn't go back there. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for her to be late. I understand things happen, but she didn't let anyone know if she was on her way OR if she did, no one communicated with me that she was on her way. We only stayed because we weren't going to risk having to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment elsewhere.

I've been seeing the same hairstylist (Christina) for about 15 years now! Even before she opened her business I made it a point to have her do my hair. I love it everytime and she's given me some great advice to keeping my hair healthy! I couldn't imagine having anyone else do my hair. The other girls who work here do just as amazing, and it's such a chill, kid friendly environment.

On the road and really needed a trim. Called and got appointment same day, Amazing. Ashina washed and trimmed my hair perfectly to my request. Great job! Cute shop too! Thank you!

We are new to the area. I checked reviews and then called the Shear Shack. They were able to get me in within just a few days for a haircut with Ashina. She was great! Did exactly what I wanted, was friendly, and quick! The price for a haircut was very reasonable. I will be going back!

I’m new to the area and was scared of getting my hair done outside my trusted salon. I should have waited. Went in for a hair cut last month and got my hair ruined. You get what you pay for I guess….
