Serenity Nails & Spa

My daughters and I visited Serenity Nails & Spa for the first time today, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was my girls’ very first time getting their nails done (they’re 10 and 8), and the staff was so gentle and sweet with them — they felt so special! 💅✨ Our nails turned out absolutely adorable, and we received so many compliments right away. The entire team was attentive and even offered us water, which was such a thoughtful touch. We’re so happy we found this place — it’s definitely going to be our go-to nail spot from now on! 💖🌸🫶🏻

Not good. Mediocre. Uncomfortable experience. I had the regrettable experience to have Nicky do my nails this time. $100 dip powder mani to have them tell me in the end that the french tip ombré I was asking for was impossible for them to do… that it was AI. I asked to use 2 colors to achieve the results. He told me no, only one. Another techs jumps in and tells me that what I wanted couldn’t be done because it was fake... At the end, with all cuticles still there, with bubbles all over because he didn’t remove all my old polish, with different colors on different nails because he was now rushing it, they told me that the $100 doesn’t include a manicure. No clean up. No cuticle removal. I was bleeding on the side of my finger from the electrical filler, but he never intended to clean up my cuticles? I don’t recommend this place. He looked stressed. Impatient. Not caring to finish the job. And he didn’t. - I’ve now received a dismissing and rude response from what seems to be the new ownership of this place. It shows the kind of treatment they expect their customers to get from their techs. In response, If a tech spends 2 hours on a manicure/ pedicure but the client leaves with old polish underneath, bubbles, not pressed or removed cuticles, and painted skin… then the tech didn’t finish the job. It’s that simple. I also left 30 minutes before closing. He didn’t have another appointment and other techs were available the entire time. No need to be dishonest. I can also post as many pictures as I want and edit typos all I want as it’s allowed by Google reviews. A picture of the receipt showing the $100 dip manicure total, as they charge a credit card fee will be posted soon.

Anna and Anthony did a wonderful job on my acrylic fill and gel pedicure. They were friendly and definitely paid detail oriented. Very happy :)

Went for the first time and Anthony did a fabulous job, did Gel X, he was fast and efficient and did exactly what I wanted thank you again for my beautiful Christmas nails! Will definitely be returning✨

I had my nails done by Tony today. He did a great job. My 7yr old also received a mani from Daisy. Both were very friendly, very good at what they do
