JCK Nails

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming here for a couple months for an acrylic set and then fills. I’ve had no issues since then, pretty good work. I came in today to have the acrylic set removed and get a new set. The gentleman doing my nails started by taking cuticle clippers and separating the acrylic from my real nail at the tips of my nails by shoving the clippers in between. He then took a nail tip and shoved that in between the acrylic and my nail to PRY OFF the acrylic on my nail. After literally saying ouch from the pain and taking my hand back I asked if he could just soak them off. The lady next to me was even in shock while all the other nail techs just watched. I have NEVER been to a salon that does not start by soaking nails to remove acrylic. He told me it would take 30 mins to do that and I said that wasn’t a problem. He then put acetone on the nail tip and went back to prying the acrylic off. I eventually said I would just go home and soak them off myself. Once he removed that nail, he said my nails were “too thin”, that’s why it hurt and that I shouldn’t get acrylic today. He ended up PUTTING NAIL GLUE on what was left of that nail because it was BLEEDING. Another lady ended up taking over and soaked my nails but I still left with not only an extremely thin, fragile nail but the rest of the acrylic still wasn’t off my other nails. Not to mention, another one of my nails has a split down the middle from where he pryed the cuticle clippers which you can visibly see in the picture. I was charged for the removal and paid just to get out of there but will NEVER return and NEVER recommend. I have never experienced something like this before. Absolutely AWFUL.

I went into JCK on a whim needed a fill it was very close to closing time. I walked in there were a lot of people waiting but they still said they would take me. I waited the gentleman I spoke to kept telling me thank you for waiting he was so nice. Then when it was my time I got Tu he was super nice so sweet talked with me the whole time. Did everything I asked for and was able to do the nails I wanted as well. Very very nice people who work there which is a big plus and I got exactly what I asked for. I definitely will be going to see Tu again.

I’ve been here for years on and off and everyone has always been so kind to me or anyone I’ve brought in. I always get treated with such kindness especially Tan, Hanna and Tu… but over the past 20yrs I had nails done by everyone and they all do such a great job. They definitely work hard. Thanks for my simple yet cute St Paddy’s day nails Hanna!!!!! Oh and Abby had her cute lil style up done by the other nice young lady🩷🍀🩷 Had nails done again, Hanna never disappoints 4/28/25 5/28/25 Thanks Tan it was a pleasure to have you do my PINK nails this evening always fantastic with you guys and I had a pedicure from Mrs. Hanna 💕

We’re so very happy that ( Linda ) referred us to you. Your staff is amazing and makes us feel so welcomed. Tan ( who does my nails & I’m sure all the rest of the members ) do an outstanding job. Thank you for making our nails look beautiful.

service was amazing she did great. the nails are a bit longer than i asked for but other than that it was amazing. 10/10 i recommend coming here
