I love being a regular here! Everyone is so friendly, the shop is clean and comforting. Kim is my usual tech, and she works with me to make fun nail designs every time. I get complimented for my nails everywhere I go! I highly recommend this shop for regular care

2025-09-07I’m currently in town visiting friends, and my best friend took me to Star Forever Nails to get our nails done. I was pleased to find that the prices were very reasonable—$40 for dip nails is a great deal! Since I requested an extension, my total came to $45, which I felt was fair. My friend Sunny, however, encountered a bit of an issue. She had chosen a rainbow sparkling color, but her nail technician mistakenly applied a grey sparkling polish instead. Unfortunately, by the time Sunny noticed, it was a little late to change it. When she pointed it out, the technician tried to remedy the situation by adding the rainbow polish on top of the grey. However, Sunny was charged extra for this adjustment, bringing her total to $55, not including tip. I believe it would have been more appropriate for the nail tech not to charge Sunny extra, given that the initial mistake was on their part. Despite this hiccup, we both left satisfied with our nails and appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We decided to tip $10 for the service, as the staff was overall very accommodating.
