My Nails & Spa

This was my first time visiting here. I got a pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they got me in in about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. The lady did a great job! She also did a nice calf and foot massage. The deluxe Pedi I got was $40 + tip. Not a bad price.

Really pleased. Came here to fix an old set that was poorly done by another salon. Even though there were 2 women ahead of me, i got helped within 10 minutes. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she got it perfectly. I am OBSESSED with how well my nails were shaped. Im already thinking about going back even though I was there only a few days ago. Theyre up to date on all the new styles and techniques. This is now my favorite salon and the only one I will be going to from now on.

I have been going to this salon monthly for the last 3 years seeing Mai. I am very meticulous and picky about the look of my nails - I really like a clean and polished look and she and Henry and the rest of the staff have NEVER disappointed me. Not only are they talented artists, they are also super friendly and always make their customer’s experience pleasant and fun. They stay up to date with the latest trends, get new colors often and have nourished my nails and feet back to health all while making them look amazing! It is hard to find talented and pleasant nail artists, I pray they stay open forever and that Mai never retires (at least no time soon ;)

The only place I go!! Henry does my nails and Joe does my feet. I swear she massages out EVERY SINGLE ACHE in my legs and feet every appointment lol. So appreciated after a long week at work. Mae or Joe does my brows and they always look great. My nails last at least 3 weeks, depending on how rough I am with them. So no complaints there. I pay a reasonable price for the best pedicure they offer, fill with designs, and an eyebrow wax. So many people demand being seen asap while doing a walk-in, but that's just not how life works in that industry! Make an appointment if you don't want to wait to be seen. Also, BE PATIENT and give them a break for not seeing you instantly! This is their business and source of income. They alllll work so hard and deserve to be treated with kindness, not rudeness simply because things don't go your way! I've sat there and seen how it can go from slow to packed in just a few minutes.

I didn't want to give this poor rating but unfortunately I have too. 2 weeks ago I paid 95.00 for absolutely the worst mani pedi I have ever experienced. I actually cried before I left and was very disappointed with my service. The owners assured me to come back in and they would make it right with me. I came back 2 days later to find out the owners were out of town for 2 weeks. I did not want to ware the horrible nail job for that long so I went across the street and paid 45.00 for them to fix my nails. I just came back today to allow the owners to make it right as promised. I was under the impression I was getting a free service today only to be charged 30.00 more dollars for the pedi! I was shocked. I tried to explain that I didn't even choose a color last time because I was disappointed with my nail color and how it turned out. But Henry just said I charge you nothing for nails but 30 for the pedi. So I just agreed because I no longer wanted to try and explain how this place made me feel as a customer. I will NOT be returning. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I feel they did not fully understand not only the emotional irritation but also the financial burden their unacceptable service caused me. I will post my pictures I took as soon as I got home. You can see my cat eye color I chose was to be the teal or turquoise color but it was only that color when my hands were run under cold water. My nail color was the grey color all the time. Which I expressed 3 times during my service I was unhappy with just to be told it would change color! So by the time I got to my pedi I just asked for clear polish as I was discussed and no longer wanted the lady to do my nails. What I should have done was refuse the pedi based on how unhappy I was with my service at that point. Like I said. I wont be returning this is the last bit of money I will support this establishment. Advice I would give, speak up right then and there. Dont let them continue if you're true not happy.
