have been coming to this salon for a very long time, even after moving to Colorado a little over two years ago. It has always been the first place I go for pedicures, and I have continued to return out of loyalty and habit. However, today’s experience left me deeply disappointed and honestly frustrated. I came in for a simple polish change — nothing complicated — yet the service was careless from the beginning. The old polish was not fully removed, and the leftover color was still visible after the new polish was applied. I had to ask for the polish to be cleaned from around the cuticle so it wouldn’t show under the new color. I also had to request that my nails be shaped, which should be an automatic part of the service. There was no cuticle oil, no lotion, no basic finishing steps — just a rushed and incomplete job. On top of that, the attitude throughout the service was rude and dismissive, which only added to the unpleasant experience. When I am paying for a service, especially at a place I’ve supported for years, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the quality I’m paying for. I was charged $41 for this service, and that price in no way reflects the work I received. For $41, there should be care, detail, and professionalism — none of which were present today. After being a consistent customer, this visit completely changed my view of this salon, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I started coming to this nail salon because it was recommended by some of my coworkers. my first and second time coming here were great and i recommend getting a pedicure here but after my most recent experience i probably won’t be coming back. i came in just for a fill, super simple, and super easy. it felt really rushed and when she told me i was finished i realized there was a lot of acrylic underneath the bottom part of my nail where is isn’t supposed to be. i asked if she could remove it which is when she just started picking at it and tearing it off which started to rip off my really nail as well and it was very painful. i still left a tip because i felt bad but i will not be coming back. one last thing that i noticed the for one of the drill file bits she used, she grabbed it out of a container marked SOILED.

Great salon! I love how clean it is and the staff are always very nice! They offer a wide variety of services, so if you need it done they can do it! Shout out to Tammy & Heidi, they did a wonderful job on my pedi and manicure.

Hanna was amazing! She was incredibly detailed and thorough when giving me an acrylic set and pedicure. She gave me exactly what I asked for and they came out beautifully. On top of that, the salon is beautiful and clean. They actually use liners for the soaking tubs and brand new tools for each customer! Thanks for a great service! I found my new nail salon 💓

I upgraded my pedicure today because I had time. I did the milk, honey and lavender pedicure. It was Spa quality! This was the best pedicure I've had in years! I'd highly recommend going. The staff was nice and friendly. The place smelled good and they even offered finger foods. Thus just turned into my favorite nail salon.
