I Nails Bar & Lash

First and last time I go to this salon. I went at the recommendation of a coworker since I haven’t been able to find a salon I really like after moving further south. I wanted to try one more nail design before I get married in 2 months and it’ll easily take 2 months for my nail to fully heal. The guy who was doing my nails was aggressive in removing my previous manicure with the tool to remove dip. He was pressing so hard that he removed a chunk of flesh from my pinky and a large portion of my pinky nail. The same thing almost happened to my thumb as multiple layers of nail got cut out with this tool from the amount of pressure he was using, but thankfully didn’t tear through to the skin under my nail. While they did comp my pedicure and everything else, I will absolutely not be returning.

Seemed way too rushed , $60 for just a gel polish change not even the full pedicure and manicure. Go somewhere else, they charge less for the polish change alone and actually clean your cuticles and even the nails. My polish is uneven, nails are uneven and I went home and had to fix them myself. Then, they follow you and force you to tip( why would I tip if I have to fix it all myself) go to nail focus 1000x better. They were nice enough to offer me a refund but not actually give me the refund so they gave me a gift card to use which sucks because I was in yesterday and this is the quality of work I got yet again. No filing no cleaning of the cuticles nothing chunky sloppy work I'm so annoyed that they couldn't just give me the refund.

I have had great experiences with both gel x sets I have had done at i nails! I always book with Jay and he does an amazing job with the designs, highly recommend him for any trendy gel manicures! He took my inspo made it 100x better by giving suggestions but still very much taking into account what I wanted. The entire i nails team is so friendly and I love the salon space, highly recommended for any services!

Jay and his team are incredibly friendly and will make sure you have an amazing experience. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would! Nick did the most beautiful work for this set! His attention to detail is amazing and he is so sweet! Most talented nail tech I have ever had! Go to I Nails and Bar immediately
