2024-06-18My mom went in today to get her hair done and get gray colored tint in her hair. Angela told us she could do it and offered to come in and gave us a time, then made us wait almost 2 hours for her. Everything was good at first and we had high hopes until towards the end, when my moms hair began to fall out and she started to get hair breakage. Her hair was extremely dry and Angela didn’t even put any treatment or dry the hair. When we expressed our worries and concern for the hair breakage, she began to say it was only a little bit and that we were being “negative” and that she didn’t appreciate that. When my mom was clearly frustrated, Angela began to threaten to call the police and told us to pay and leave. My moms hair was completely damaged. We were very disappointed and had preferred she had told us she couldn’t do it if she didn’t know how to or didn’t know of how her hair would react. She is a poor professional and now we’re having to waste more money on repairing the hair damage that she caused.
