This was our first time at this salon. It was cute, but just okay and a bit pricey. Great customer service by the receptionist! Tom Le did my nails and to be honest he was a bit rough. I didn't have a relaxing experience at all. It experienced pain along my cuticles. My daughter's nail tech was Becky Ly and she was very pleased by the service she received. I on the other hand will definitely not be returning.

I absolutely love it here! Nina did an amazing job with the designs, she knew her mission and went to work for sure worth the wait! Trish is always my go to for my feet, she is very gentle and good at what she does i don’t go to anyone else she definitely does a great job every time gets my toe nail shape perfectly square and removed those nasty hang nails and extra skin. I have good conversations with them both, I get excited about going back. The staff is super nice and friendly, check this place out when you can they even have happy hour specials :)

One of my nails fell gel X. Even though i did it in another place they were able to match perfectly the color and fix it. I’m so thankful for their help. I love this place and i recommend it! Thank you! I also fell in love for their decoration 🤣❤️

had such a wonderful experience at Sunnyvale and just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and so inviting — the perfect little retreat for some much-needed self-care. Tom did my manicure, and he was absolutely incredible. So professional, gentle, and meticulous — he made my nails look flawless and took his time to make sure everything was just right. I felt truly pampered! Trish gave me the most soothing pedicure. She was so sweet and attentive, and her touch was both calming and precise. My feet felt brand new, and I appreciated how thoughtful she was throughout the whole experience. And let me just say… the green tea they served? Fabulous. It was the perfect little touch of comfort while I relaxed — warm, flavorful, and honestly made me feel right at home. From the beautiful service to the thoughtful details, Tom and Trish made my day. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and glowing. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to treat themselves! 💅🍵🦶✨ Also, they give military discount 🤗

I really loved them and i'm very sad to have to leave this review. I've been going here for around 8 months. And only had an issue once previously but didn't complain about it. I got my nails done less than a week ago on 9/5/25 and before I even left the premises, I took a video of my fingers because they looked so terrible but I did not have time to go back and get them fixed that day. I went back today on 9/11/25 to have them fixed and the girl looked at me like there was nothing wrong with them. My entire right hand is ghetto and my left hand is thin. I will not be going back here because if yall cant stand by your product and make your customer happy then I dont need to return
