Queen House Nails

UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the owner called and offered to redo my nails—unfortunately, I have to leave town and cannot take them up on the offer, but I greatly appreciate the gesture. Instead of redoing them, they refunded me. Good business! I really wanted to like my nails because the people seem very nice, but honestly, paying $120 for lumpy, incomplete nails is ridiculous. On top of the sloppy gel and uneven, rough, pointy nail edges, I was almost sent out the door with sticky nails without a top coat, but I caught it at the last second. If you want a good mani/pedi in this area, it’s worth the drive to Astoria to go to Le Petit Astoria Spa instead.

My daughter and I went in for the leg massage, nail change etc. They gave my daughter a little kit with fresh nail files….I was not given one so they used old ones on me. My daughter had the owner working on her…..she acted like she was mad about something and did not say one word to her the whole time. I get home and got a good look at my feet and I can truthfully say my 9 year old granddaughter did a better job. The nails were cut all crooked, and the nail polish on one foot was just down the middle of the nail. All in all it was a crappy experience and will not go there again.

My husband treated me to a little mani pedi and I loved it! Jackie is great and did a wonderful job on my nails, and it lasted longer than usual. I'm not one for getting regular manis and pedis, but I would come here again for sure!

She's the best don't go anywhere else. The locals reccomended her for my wedding nails and she did amazing work. I love them I wish I was a local to support her. They also opened up a restaurant recently so stop by and check it out.

I absolutely love this place! Always great service! They are an extremely busy salon and they try very hard to accommodate everyone. As a business owner myself I fully understand how hard it can be to be slammed and try to keep up. I personally have never had an issue here but with others when there was an issue the owners do everything possible to try to fix the problem. Great business. Great people. 💯 Recommend
