2025-10-22I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this interaction resulted in them losing a loyal customer. I have been going here for 5+ yrs and have spent a ton of money. I went in for my scheduled 5:15pm appt and was informed my appt was cancelled. They had reached out to me around 4pm to see if i could come early. I did not reply as I was at work. When I clocked out at 5pm I drove right over arriving on time and they informed me that they cancelled my appt because I didn't reply to their text/call. Do they forget people work and may not be able to answer? Clearly they had a walk in and gave them my scheduled spot... not cool. I will not be returning as I don't think this is a good business practice. Be mindful if you schedule, seems not to matter to them.

2025-08-01Update: Downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars. Unfortunately twice over the last year I got an infection because they cut my cuticles too aggressively during my pedicure. When I let the front desk know the second time, they said the person I’d been with last no longer worked there. I had a good pedicure that time. The last time I went though, the same thing happened - she was way too aggressive with my cuticles and cut the side of my nail so deeply I’m having to take care so I don’t get an ingrown toenail. I left a message on their answering machine explaining the situation and how disappointing it was because I love the space. No one bothered to call me back. So sadly, I can’t recommend them any longer and I won’t be back. *** Bright, clean, very pretty space. Friendly staff. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me but I’d recommend making an appointment. Michael was wonderful - he did an excellent job on my nails and gave me an amazing foot massage. I will definitely be back. I’m very happy to have a great nail salon in Pierpont.
