UPDATE: Went back there today and I finally got my Matte! My nail tech Elaine was awesome! She asked me ahead of time if I wanted to my nails Shiny or matte! I was super impressed! Will definitely come back again! **************************************************** I told the nail tech twice that I would like my nail color in matte. After she was done, I reminded her again that it’s supposed to be matte and not glossy. She told me that “glossy is better”. She said that if I want it matte- that it’s $5 extra. I always get matte in this salon and they don’t charge me extra. The $5 extra is not really the concern- the fact that she is gonna charge me extra for her “honest” mistake and convincing me that “glossy nails are better”… that’s what bothered me.Take accountability for your mistake, correct the problem and don’t persuade a customer to change their preference because it’s convenient for you. She did a good job with everything else tho - except for that. For you ladies- make sure that your tech understands what you want. We pay to get what we want and not the other way around.

I came in for a fill on my go to light pink nails and Sam had something a little different in mind today. I LOVE THEM!! Van, thanks for getting me out of my comfort zone and guiding me to try something new!

I love Van! She was amazing! This is my second time going to her! My nails last so long! 4 weeks! No lifting! She is so sweet! Attention to details ! And so fast!!!! I love love my nails! Prices are reasonable! Facility is clean! Van is so sweet! You can tell she really and truly love what she does as she is so freaking good at it!

We came as two and both sets turned out great. Staff handled us with grace and humor and the pedis felt dreamy. Five star.
