2024-05-29I've been going to Kim and Ken for my manicures and pedicures for many years. They are the only people I let touch my nails! My nails are thin and sensitive and they are very gentle, provide excellent care, and quality work. Ken is fast and precise. My nails last a minimum of 3 weeks. Normally 4-5. They do amazing work and care about their clients

2025-06-26I'm so glad I found this place! You know how some salons do an amazing job, but the service feels a little cold or mehhh and you leave not really feeling seen or appreciated? Or the opposite, where the people are kind but the actual work isn't great? Well, Bloom is truly the best of both worlds. The team here is so warm and welcoming--you really feel cared for. The service is amazing, and the energy is just kind and genuine. I believe Kim did my pedicure today (that's the name on my receipt), and she was super sweet and gentle. Also, they're super clean and professional. They use disposable files and toe separators (which they actually tossed after my session) and all the tools looked properly sanitized. You can tell they don't cut corners. They do things the right way. It honestly feels so good to support a business that puts so much care into both their service and their work. I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10
