Empire Nail Spa

I have been coming to Empire for about six months after switching from my nail lady who I went to for years (I really loved her, but her prices started to get too steep for me.) I’ve seen a ton of people at Empire and everybody does a great job. It feels clean, The staff is all incredibly helpful and accommodating and their pricing is more than fair. I also love that I can get in on the same day (and again, everybody is pretty much at the top of their game at this nail spa so whoever you get is bound to do a great job.) My mom has started to come with me so every week we have our little date for either our gel pedicures or my gel fill and her mani. I will definitely continue to be a patron of this business and have zero bad feedback.

I love empire nail spa!! I absolutely adore my nail tech Hailey, as she’s always so spot on with my nails! Recently I went in to get my nails done & she got it down to the details! She’s super efficient and delicate with my nails & always provides top notch service! I included a photo of my nails that I just got done from Hailey last week! Thank you Hailey!

My nail artist Hailey does an amazing job with acrylic nail art and always puts in effort to make sure it looks just like my inspiration. I got these nails for my disneyland trip and they are stunning! I have gotten so many compliments on them & they look exactly as I imagined. Thank you to Hailey and her hard work!

Technically, this would be my second time going to Empire Nails. I was slightly disappointed the first time. Don't give me wrong. My nails were beautiful. When you look at it from a distance without touching them. But once you touch my nails. The beauty disappears, and all you know is the lumpy feeling. I told myself I would never go back there. Then I went back there. I figured I didn't judge a place fairly, and I was right. It wasn't a fair judge the second time around. No lumpy nails, beautiful nail art design. I'm showing off my hands to everybody. But the differences I had a different nail Tech. I will be getting that same nail tech again. It was a guy the second time. The first one was a lady. not saying the ladies are bad, it's just that she didn't fit my hands. Also, they serve drinks there and snacks. It was so fancy, and the seating was different from the usual nail salon. It was like sitting on a sofa and it was comfortable and everybody was friendly. it didn't smell like too much product. Everybody knows what nail salons are overly smelly like a cryptic and Polish and displaced did not. They opened the back door for ventilation, and they had the air running it was perfect. I highly recommend going to Empire Nails. Yes, I did give it four stars only because of my first visit. They gave me poor first Impressions almost didn't go back.

Been here a few times and pedicures have always been good, basic but good. Acrylics not so much, first set I got were lifting within a week, gave them a second chance and I got the worst full set I’ve ever gotten; nails are different lengths & thickness, the tech didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing & didn’t listen to what I was asking for. She made a mess of the acrylic she put on and spent more time cleaning up her mess than actually shaping my nails, still left with spots of super thick acrylic under the tips. Lastly, they do not use clean drill tips, everything in her “clean” box was clearly used & I watched her throw the drill tips she just used on me, back into the “clean” box… all that to say, prob wont be returning and super disappointed with the full set I just got.
