The environment is always clean, calm, and welcoming. They use high-quality Japanese and Korean gels that don’t have the harsh chemical smell you usually find in traditional nail salons. Kiki and Annie take such great care of my nails and are incredibly attentive to detail. Before starting, they always check in about the style and color I want, and throughout the process they make sure I’m happy with the results.
