T Nails

My boyfriend and I come here every month for pedicures and we love the service and the environment they have here. We have different technicians each time and all of the staff is consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. I recently started getting gel builder nails and I love how light they are. Chou has been helping me with my nails and I love how she is able to keep them short but aesthetic, since I work with my hands and can’t have long nails. Kayla manages the salon with professionalism and upholds great customer service standards. When I was there for my last pedicure, there was a customer that was loudly and rudely complaining about every little thing and was condescending and disrespectful to the technicians. The staff calmly tried to accommodate her every request but nothing was good enough for her as she expected them to know things that she didn’t communicate beforehand (she kept repeating that she had a broken tailbone and she complained about the chair, and having to move in any way for the technician to reach her nails). She started loudly lecturing the technician how this is supposed to be relaxing for her. It was so unnerving and disruptive to the normally serene ambiance that I told the lady that there was a better way to talk to the staff and that she wasn’t the only person there trying to relax and enjoy their service, that her loud complaining, rudeness to the staff, and negative energy was ruining the experience for everyone around her. After that she was quiet and Kayla came over and calmly communicated with her to find her needs and personally give her the service the way she wanted it. This lady didn’t complain the rest of the time, but then went on to give the business a bad review because of what I said to her. So just know that this place is good enough that when a customer is being disrespectful to the staff, another customer like me is willing to speak up and defend them.

We moved to La Quinta in February of this year and I have tried so many salons without luck UNTIL finding T Nails! Thank the Lawd! Loved the experience so much, I am more than happy to make the 20 min drive here. Phew! Thank you, ladies! I will definitely be back!

Chou is the go to girl! She is so fast and precise and doesn’t skip any steps! She is very clean and the most meticulous when doing whatever it is you ask her to do for you! I asked for a full set of acrylics and showed my inspo pic one time and she got it right on the money! Very fairly priced for the quality work you are receiving !!! Thank you

Im traveling from out of state so I read over reviews to determine where I would go. I chose to book with chouu, I was not disappointed! I’ve been getting my nails done for 7 years almost straight. This was one of the best sets I’ve gotten. Upon arrival I got my toes painted by another tech per my request while I waited for Chouu as I arrived early. The tech set out a chair for my young daughter and started my message chair. My daughter said she was thirsty and I explained I would get water at our next stop. A few minutes later another tech brought me over a water bottle. This tech did loose control a several times and hit my skin when removing my existing shellac but it was a soft drill bit and I wasn’t cut. She was very friendly and sweet. Then we moved over with chouu, after prepping my nails it became apparent several were lifted and needed removed. She asked me how old my set was, I told her I had them since July and asked how much a new set would be. It was determined I actually would benefit from a new set being put on. I asked if they could be soaked off. She graciously moved forward with my request and I had her paint my daughters nails while they soaked. After that she asked if my daughter would like to color and got crayons out for her. All in all this is a new set , I am extremely picky and have problems with techs putting nails on crooked because “ your finger is like that” is what they tell me. Chouu surpassed my expectations, doing a beautiful job. The customer service is exponential, very friendly and understanding with me bringing my LO and great communication in English. For reference that last pic is what my last set looked like upon walking into this salon.

I had a great experience today, people are respectful, They don’t talk about clients in their language like most of the nails salon 🫣do, Prices are reasonable Did my eyelashes, pedicure, full set .
