Wonderful nail shop. The music is hushed, the smell of polish and acrylic dust doesn’t waft about the place. I asked for the deluxe gel pedicure. I’m very pleased. Cuticle work is unmatched. The massage chairs are nice even for my short stature, which has been Ann issue at some other places. I’m middle aged and I don’t mind the 75 minute splurge. Don’t forget to tip well. This was my first visit here.

Favorite place to get my nails done in Petaluma. I haven’t had a bad experience: Eva, Linda, Cindy have done a great job with my gel manis. Clean, good price, and great quality. My nails never lift. All my friends come here too!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Even though I was a walk-in, the wait was only a few minutes before Lisa took me in. She was incredibly friendly, gentle, and so polite the entire time. She cleaned my nails beautifully and took great care of an ingrown toenail I had, making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. I also showed them a 15% off coupon for first-time customers that I found online, and they honored it with no problem, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place—especially Lisa! I tried out Shangri-La recently just based on my own research. It was better than I ever expected. The appointment was easy to book, on time, and the shop is nice! I went to Eva for gel x nails and nail art, she was AMAZING! So kind, patient, and enjoyed doing the design even though it was fairly involved. I will absolutely be back! Love Shanghai-La!

I’ve been going to Shangri La for over 11 years. Since before my granddaughter was born. She, my daughter and I all go together for our regular and gel pedicures. The technicians are skilled and we always have a pleasant time. I would recommend them to anyone for an enjoyable quality experience.
