Victoria's Nails

Someone recommended this place so I went on a Friday morning, before noon, and there was one other person in there at the time so they weren't crazy busy. I asked for a mani and pedi and two guys attended to me but I hate when they do both at the same time. I want to sit comfortably in the chair and enjoy the massage and possibly dose off instead of having to twist or sit up so that the second person can do my hands. Then I asked for the lavender massage cream and they used the coconut one instead. Smelled nice and all but not the one I wanted. I use regular nail polish all the time, and I know it doesn't last as long as gel, but I've never had them chip and peel off as quickly as they did after this mani. Not even 24 hours later and they looked like they were 5 days in. I'm pretty sure the polish was old as hell because of the way it came off in huge, stiff chunks. Won't be going back. Paid and tipped was too much for this.

Absolutely amazing experience! We didn’t have an appointment, but Victoria was kind enough to accommodate us last minute. My daughter came in with a specific nail design in mind, and Victoria made it look even better than the inspiration photo! Every nail tech in the salon was friendly, professional, and talented. I’m more than willing to drive an hour just to come here especially with a very picky teenager who left completely happy!

There is a bad attitude of superiority at the Victoria location, particularly from a nail technician named Holly. The nail polishes are old and thick, and the customer service has declined since the change of ownership. With nail salons on every corner, good service is very easy to find. I WILL be going elsewhere, because good customer service no longer exists here for me. I will NOT be returning.

The worst manicure of my life. The feel gaslit by the positive reviews. How this place has 4.6 star reviews is beyond me. I’m not from around her from LA. I’m not picky but the one thing you don’t do is leave nail polish on the skin. It’s all I’ve my hands and cuticles. If I had known it was going to be this bad I would have done it myself. I can do a better job!! The only reason I didn’t was because I had to evacuate from the palisades fires and the only thing I wanted to feel normal was some mice nails. Now I’m at the CVS buying nail polish removal because this shit is depressing me Posted on reddit these are some of the comments

Have been going to Victoria's Nails for quite a long time. Love the care and attention given to me by Karen and Charlie, my "go to's" for manicures and pedicures! Love the nail art that Karen's creates for special occasions.
