Alexa is amazing! She took the time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve lived in a few major cities including Manhattan and Minneapolis, and I can confidently say this is the nicest, highest-quality nail salon I’ve ever been to. And believe it or not, it’s right here in central California. The salon is exceptionally clean, well kept, and sterile. That’s something I’m very particular about. The staff and owners are phenomenal, not just at this location but also at the Santa Maria one. Their level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. One thing I love is their super convenient appointment system. Be sure to download the app they use because it makes scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations so easy. Also, did you know they offer a complimentary drink with your service? It may seem like a small gesture, but it adds such a nice touch. Honestly, even when I was getting Gel-X in Manhattan, which ran about $100, I never received service this thoughtful. They also just got new pedicure chairs and wow—jaw drop. I’m genuinely sad to be moving away soon because I don’t know if I’ll ever find another nail salon that checks every box like this one does. Everyone here is truly outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Huge shoutout to Ashley — she always does a phenomenal hooking up my nails. Her advice and attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails have never looked better. I had to come here and share my experience. After reading many reviews about this salon, I decided to give it a try. I have to say that Kim is absolutely amazing and she turned my ugly nails done in a different salon into this beautiful and natural piece of art. I’ll def be a regular from now on.
