2025-11-02Yesterday marked my last visit after being a client for over 15 years. Services are inconsistent; Techs are not all trained equally; The constant comments among each other in their language: all things I tolerated just solely based on emotional attachment. I draw the line at being treated poorly by none other than VI simply for not wanting to stay in a broken pedicure chair (again) or settling for a different technician than I requested when I booked my appointment 3 weeks ago. VI, your energy has been nasty and unwelcoming for quite a while. You were the last straw and hope to treat clients with kindness and respect.

2022-10-15I went to this place for the first time and I had a specific nail design I wanted from Pinterest. This lady that did my nails did this shape that was horrible and the nails itself were very thick like if I was wearing 2 nails on top of each other! I called the following day, and I spoke with who I thought was the manager and she told me to come in and get them fixed. When I went back to days later, she wasn’t there or there was a guy receptionist and he said that he would fix them for me but only filed the bottom of my nails and didn’t wanna actually redo the paint or nail at all! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

2022-08-29I love coming here to get my nails done. Great prices! The last time I came here i got a Pedi and a Mani and paid $80 you total. The first time coming here I got a Mani and Pedi french Tip gel. I also got the hot wax spa for my Pedi. What a great deal! I've gone to other places for the exact service and paid about $120! Today I got Mani french tip gel black and my nails look great! Even got the boyfriend to go with me lol. The people here are so nice and definitely know what they're doing. I never have to stick to one person because they all do a great job every time. Also they take walks ins and are always quick to help you. Thank you so much Q T Nails & spa! This is my go to self care stop! Also they take cash and zelle and if necessary card too.
