This is by far the best nail salon I've been to. Alice, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She makes it very easy to make an appointment and pay for services. She treats her employees very well, and the morale in the shop is second to none. Lucy is my girl, and she's AMAZING..I honestly cannot say enough great things about her and her work. They have a ton of loyal decade+ long customers, which says a lot to me. I won't go anywhere else.

First time getting a manicure here and I can’t tell that your nails will feel so good!! The products they use are definitely 100% natural! I have done gel manicure before in other places and days later I had the feeling to wanting to get rid off the gel because it felt so heavy!! But coming here to Natural Nails is the best choice!! 10/10 recommended!!

Alice and her team are professional, friendly and dedicated to providing top notch service to their clients. Every single time I get a manicure or pedicure, my nails last a long time and never chip. They use high quality nail polish and supplies so your investment in your nails is well worth it. Alice and her team do a great job keeping the salon clean and tranquil. Delivering high quality services results in clients staying loyal to Natural Nails Plus for years. I was referred by a friend in the EB and I'm grateful to have found this local gem. Tips: Parking can be tricky so allot time to find a meter on Grand Ave or snag a coveted free spot (3 total) in front of the salon. They also prefer cash or Zelle/Venmo so come prepared to save on credit card fees.

Great customer service, they run on time for appointments, polish consistently lasts for weeks, and most importantly they are tearing open a FRESH sealed pack of clean sanitized tools for every customer which is hard to find. Customers are a lovely mix of the neighborhood, mostly regulars, all are welcome. Worth the upgrade to the Spa level (Classic, Delux, or Spa) service for extra pampering and massage time! Highly recommend making an appointment as they are often full by day-of and can’t accommodate walk-ins.
