Euodia Salon & Day Spa

Very unprofessional team! I booked 15 min consultation with Megan on weekend. I spend time , get there and spoke with her. She checked my hair and I showed the color and style that I wanted. She gave me some recommendations and I took them all! I am easygoing… she gave me the price and said I can check with the front desk to schedule the day… girls at the front desk gave me some options and I asked them to give me a day to check working schedule and finalize the day with them…after I left the salon, I received a text message that Megan says she is not available those days! I called and got different days to check with my working schedule…Monday afternoon after I was already trying to make one of the days work but moving some of my appointments with my clients, someone calls me and say, Megan thinks she can’t do your hair in the way that you like ! You’re more than welcome to do couple of treatments sections with her and then color your hair. The whole conversation with her that introduced herself as a manager called Nicole; was a totally waste of time! I am like why she didn’t say all this in our consultation session? Don’t you guys think people’s time is valuable at all? And once I am trying to explain that I don’t want to bleach my hair and I want to make it darker, she is like then it would be different price! Megan is something else! Changing her mind every 10 min. And once I asked for someone else, she is like, you need to sign a form that says if your hair gets damaged it is not our responsibility ! Like wow!!!! No customer service exists in this hair salon! They could have this conversation with me in person once I was taking my time and having my consultation session! I am not going to pass by that place again ! I think the only reason they are overbooked is that people in Moorpark try to support local businesses! I live in Moorpark but i value myself and my time more than supporting a local business!

I had the most amazing experience at Euodia Salon and Spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. It set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I received a head spa service with Karlee, and I can’t recommend it (and her!) enough! Karlee was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything she was going to do, which made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire service. It was honestly the most relaxed I’ve ever felt during any spa experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself, do yourself a favor and book an appointment at Euodia and definitely ask for Karlee. You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this salon on January 2nd for a hair appointment that ended up being a huge letdown. My appointment started at 2:30 PM and I didn't leave until about 6-7 hours later--far longer than anticipated. I explained to my stylist from the start that I wasn't sure what I wanted was fully achievable in one session and I'd be okay with taking a gradual approach, but she assured me she could do it. Unfortunately, when it became clear she couldn't achieve the result I asked for, she seemed very rushed to finish up and get me out the door. If she had listened to me earlier and been more honest about what could realistically be done, I would've left with something I was happy with. Instead, I left feeling very unsatisfied. I called the salon to ask if I could come back in for a correction, and the person on the phone promised to check with the stylist and let me know if I could come back to fix my hair. However, I never received a follow-up call. The lack of communication and care only adds to my frustration. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the outcome. I will not be returning to this salon and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

I had a really positive experience at Euodia! Karlee is so kind and professional! I got exactly what I wanted. Clean salon, kind staff, and very comfortable environment overall! I highly recommend!

We were visiting family in the area and decided to book spa services at the last minute. The spa/salon was so accommodating and went out of their way to make this happen for us. All six of us had a delightful experience and were so impressed with everyone we encountered. (My massage therapist was Caesar who was highly knowledgeable ~ a true professional!)Thank you!
